You behave as if you’ve never administered Joburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni before. You left all these municipalities in huge debt and dysfunctional. In Tshwane you had 5 Mayors in a term, in Ekurhuleni, it was Cat Matlala and Joburg it was Shadrack Sibiya. If that is not chaos then I don’t know how chaos look like
