Windows 11 is so horrible that I keep wondering what Microsoft is doing with all its AI capabilities.
I was telling my cousin the other day how I rediscovered the joy of reading good novels. For years, I hardly ever read for enjoyment. It was always something technical, or about business, money, success, etc.
Reading for fun is such an amazing feeling and I won’t ever stop.
I still can’t believe that DHH is gloating over building products in Rust, whilst not understanding how to write it. Imagine being a surgeon without any knowledge of anatomy. Why not have someone on your team do that work? Outsourcing EVERYTHING to machines is a bad idea.

Amish private schools are being hit with crushing fines for not having students vaccinated
The fines are roughly $2,000 per noncompliant children, multiplied by the number of school days
3 small schools were sited, of the 59 children already cited, one more day of attendance brought the total fines to $118,000, they say they can’t pay it
New York Democrats position is that every day an unvaccinated child attends school there will be a fresh violation worth up to $2,000
