Cut the crap.
Literally, cut the unnecessary distractions out of your life—delete apps, unfriend and unfollow toxic people, stop committing to activities you don't care about.
Life is too short.

Small, daily actions, repeated over time, yield remarkable results.
Establish consistency before worrying about intensity.
Applies to sport, writing, and life.
We get fooled into thinking intensity is the thing. It only matters if the consistency is there first.

I'm tired of 'peak productivity'.
Of the constant push to squeeze every bit of juice from the metaphorical orange of life and business.
Of optimizing to-do lists, workflows, sleep schedules, and coffee routines.
Let's pause to ask ourselves:

A music page asked people to comment with songs that contained "mistakes." Most everyone offered technical errors: missed notes / off key etc.
I replied with Alanis Morissette singing the lyrics "You live, you learn."
Because in my experience, we absolutely do fucking not.

Keep pushing, stay focus and think of fitness as journey, there will be ups and down, and the days that you don’t want to keep pushing are the most important ones to overcome, and if one thing is not working try something else. Fitness is not a once size fits all!
