⚠️ **Binance says it has replaced 90% of stolen crypto after massive $6.3 billion breach**
Binance says it has replenished 90% of the $6.3B stolen, up from about 80% in its previous update; BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC are now fully backed.
The remaining 10% is less-liquid tokens being bought via public markets and OTC; funding is from corporate treasury, futures insurance fund and a partial SAFU deployment expected in the next 24 hours, with SAFU to be restored to about $1B.
Binance published a new proof-of-reserves snapshot taken at midnight UTC on Oct. 31 showing coverage at 100% or more for the named tokens; the full cryptographic proof is expected Nov. 3.
Withdrawals remain on track to resume Sunday, Nov. 1.
