⏰ 9PM HAS PASSED. NO ANSWER FROM BETTER BIRMINGHAM ⏰ Last night I emailed all 7 Better Birmingham councillors with one simple question. Do you support the Green Party's "Zionism is racism" motion? Yes or no. The deadline was 9pm tonight. Not one reply. Not from any of them individually, and not from the group. So why does an answer on the record matter? They might not have campaigned on Palestine, but our communities still put them where they are. Even if we think they back a free Palestine, thinking isn't enough. It needs to be on the record. I'm not doing this to trip anyone up. I'm doing it to make them speak, and then we watch which doors open and which doors close. A clear answer from them does far more damage to the Zionists than it does to them. I didn't get a reply, but that doesn't stop you asking. They're your councillors. Write to them and put them on the spot. And don't let them fob you off with petty bureaucracy. If they ask for your address or personal details before they'll answer, give them your name only and tell them to check the electoral roll themselves. You're asking where they stand on a public issue, not opening a case file. 📧 Cllr Harris Khaliq, Ward End: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Nosheen Khalid, Alum Rock: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Shaukat Mahmood, Alum Rock: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Taj Uddin, Lozells: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Abdul Choudhury Shumon, Aston: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Adnan Hussain, Bordesley Green: [email protected] 📧 Cllr Jamil Khan, Sparkbrook & Balsall Heath East: [email protected] One question. Yes or no. Silence is an answer too. Share it and keep the pressure on 🔁
⏰ ULTIMATUM FOR "BETTER BIRMINGHAM COUNCILLOR'S ⏰ Tonight I've emailed all 7 Better Birmingham councillors with one question. Do you support the Green Party's "Zionism is racism" motion? Yes or no. They've got until 9pm tomorrow, Monday 26 October, to answer. Why them? Better Birmingham sit in the coalition running our city alongside the @brumlibdems and the @Brumgreens. Three of them hold cabinet or deputy roles. Everyone's been grilling their coalition partners, but these lot have kept their heads down and said nothing. They can answer together or one by one, I don't mind. But they were elected by our communities and they owe us a straight answer. If 9pm comes and goes with nothing, I'll let you all know. Silence is an answer too. Tag them, share it, keep the pressure on 🔁

🇵🇸 WATCH THIS. EVERY WORD. 🇵🇸 Lubna Speitan, the Palestinian woman who wrote the Greens4Palestine "Zionism is racism" motion, says what millions of us have been feeling for two years. "We as Palestinians are being silenced and gaslit and vilified [as we] witness the annihilation, the cold-blooded murder of our families, of our people... our children burnt with phosphorus, having to endure amputations with no anaesthetic... being starved to death." Think about that. Your family is being wiped out. Your children are being burnt and starved. And you're the one told to calm down, watch your tone and prove you're not the racist. That's the world we live in. The people suffering ethnic cleansing, apartheid and genocide are put on trial, while the people doing it play the victim. She's not asking for sympathy. She's asking for justice. Equal rights, freedom and dignity for every Palestinian, in every part of their land. From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free 🇵🇸 Share this. Make them hear it 🔁

What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people. The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.

Sound bites. That's all this is, nothing more. 🙄 You deliberately said "national" to dodge the elephant in the room. 🐘 Right here in Birmingham, your own Lib Dem council leader Roger Harmer runs the city in coalition WITH the Greens. 🤝 So the Greens are "dangerous and antisemitic" in Westminster... but fine to share power with down the road? 🤔 If you meant it, you'd pull your councillors out tomorrow. You won't. Because this was never about principle, it's about headlines. 📰 Btw, Zionism IS Racism. 🤫
I am ruling out our party entering into a national partnership with any party that is committed to a dangerous and antisemitic policy like the Green Party’s. Here is my letter to the Jewish Leadership Council and the Board of Deputies of British Jews 👇

The question is why are the Green Party collaborating with the genocidal regime in 18 councils?
🚨 NEW: Labour says all council power-sharing agreements with the Green Party will end unless their local groups condemn the “Zionism is racism” motion

🤙 The Workers Party of Britain calls out MI5 Director Ken McCallum George challenges Mi5's credibility after the statement made in public yesterday by the Chief. It is documented FACT that Mi5 lied about the: 🤥 Nord Stream Pipeline, 🤥 Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, 🤥 Sabotaged the miners’ strike and 🤥 Led extra judicial killings during the troubles in Northern Ireland We reject the treatment of dissent as foreign manipulation, demand evidence for accusations against commentators, insist that security officials remain subject to democratic authority, and George has invited Sir McCallum to debate him on MOATS!

More Cash. More Missiles. More War. Say No, Britain! 🇬🇧 Write To Your MP. Stop The Madness.
The war will cost 155 billion euros next year. And we need at least 70 billion euros more from you – for defense, for weapons, and for our resilience. This is a realistic amount. And I ask you to find this support. It will help us hold Russia back. There are some very simple facts. We stop most Russian assaults on the front line thanks to drones. We cut Russian supply lines with these technologies. And our drones are helping to weaken Russia’s economy. Right now, we could produce two or three times more drones – depending on the type. But we simply don’t have enough money for that. It’s true. Just imagine if we could put two or three times more pressure on Russia than we do today. From an address to the participants of the European Council meeting. (4/5)

THE FOREVER WAR Your money. Their war. No limit. £25 BILLION of British public money to Ukraine since 2022. And the billions keep going. Who else wants a full, independent audit of every penny we've spent on Ukraine? Where did it go? Who received it? Who profited? Before Westminster signs another blank cheque, let's see the bloody receipts. #ukraine

✊ NO PLACE FOR RACISM The Birmingham Independent Workers Group has called on Cllr Alan Feeney to resign. Feeney sits on both Birmingham and Solihull councils and is Deputy Mayor of Solihull. Leaving his party doesn't wipe the slate clean. No double standards. No excuses. 👊 – at Birmingham, England
Warning: Distressing and graphic language An undercover investigation by ITV Exposure into Nigel Farage’s Reform UK has found multiple elected councillors and party candidates expressing racist views and using offensive language. ITV has obtained secretly recorded footage showing Reform officials from across England and Wales using violent, racist and sexist language. Councillors Alan Feeney, Chris Whelan and Jamie Campbell did not reply to our request for comment. Councillors Feeney and Whelan have since resigned from Reform UK. In a statement shared with ITV News, Reform UK said: "Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed." "Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations."

Already in the UK together with my team. Today, I will have an audience with His Majesty King Charles III. There will also be an important meeting with Prime Minister Andy Burnham. We will discuss a wide range of security issues. We are preparing decisions that will strengthen us. I thank the King, the Prime Minister, and all of Britain for their support!
