All railroad crossings from Sims Ave., south to Villa Maria Road, are blocked from a stopped train. Estimated stop time is unknown at this time. Train is reported to have made an emergency stop that is being checked on by railroad crews.
BPD is actively looking for Dustin Miller. Miller was last seen in the area of Kent Street and Memorial Drive in a motorized wheelchair. Miller could possibly be in need of medical attention. If you see him, or know where he is, immediately call 911.
BPD and BFD are on scene of a major crash in the 2800 block of HWY 6 southbound lanes. Southbound traffic is being diverted to the 2818 exit at this time. Scene is active. Please avoid the area and slow down if traveling in the area. Expect delays.
Update: BPD can confirm one fatality as a result of this crash. Roadway will be closed for an extended period of time for the crash investigation.

BPD is investigating 2 separate assaults that occurred at Brookside Apartments. BPD seeking suspect info described as a black male, approx. 5 ft 7 in tall, approx. 150 pds, with a thin build. He was reported to be wearing a black ball cap with an orange bandana underneath.
