How to prioritize people? To me it's an easy and a difficult question at the same time, but essentially in 2022 people choose the companies valuing their authenticity, lifestyle and willingness to contribute in different ways.

I can just say good things about @BRYTER_io - remote-first from the very beginning. And I’ve never felt so close to my colleagues than I feel now.
And we do ensemble programming & pair testing (would love do more of that myself)

I just had a call with @WoodyZuill on how we do team programming in our unit at @BRYTER_io. This made so very apparent why I LOVE working here. It is magical how we have adapted different practices to suit our context by experimenting a lot with different ways of working.
