Getting to grips with early retirement. Played for @EarlsBartonCC some time ago. Keeping an eye on the Irons. Don't be late in the morning! #SullivanOUT

NEW SIGNING ✍️ | BILLY SHARP
After 21 years away, AFC Rushden & Diamonds are excited to announce that @billysharp10 becomes a Diamond once again. Billy scored the first of 299 goals for Rushden & Diamonds back in 2005.
The man who put the ball in the cobblers net, has 299 career goals spanning over 22 years. Featuring for RDFC, Sheffield United Doncaster Rovers, Southampton, & Scunthorpe to name a few!
Billy comes in to help the Club with James Clifton being suspended and we can’t wait to see him pull on the shirt one final time as we go to Burton Albion in the FA Cup 1st Round Proper for the first time ever in AFC Rushden & Diamonds history.
Limited tickets for the FA Cup match at Burton are still available:

How many police officers did it take to arrest Mohmed Abdulkarim, one of the two suspects charged over the RAF Fairford plot? Did they manage to keep a straight face 😉
Letting more people in to the country during a housing crisis is insane. Where are they going to live 🤔
Our infrastructure can’t cope with the number of people already living here

AFC Rushden & Diamonds will be looking to set the record gap away win in competition proper (5 levels) at League One Burton Albion.
Their fans will remember R&D winning 4-0 vs Burton in Cup in 1993/94 Q3 Rd and will be hoping history repeats itself
