Sin embargo, el Código Penal español permite exigir responsabilidades cuando se demuestra que una conducta ha superado los riesgos propios de la práctica deportiva. El artículo 142 del Código Penal establece penas de entre uno y cuatro años de prisión para quien cause la muerte de otra persona por imprudencia grave. En los supuestos de imprudencia menos grave contempla multas de tres a dieciocho meses.

Matthew Perry was paid $1 million per episode of Friends. When he was 30 days old, a doctor told his parents to give him barbiturates to stop him crying.
In the video below, Matthew tells what his parents gave him as a baby, and why he never blamed them for it.
He was a colicky baby who cried all the time. The doctor prescribed phenobarbital. His parents gave it to him for 30 days. There are photos of him from that month, completely knocked out.
His parents split up before he turned one. His father went to Los Angeles. From the age of 5, Matthew flew there alone from Montreal, wearing a sign that said "Unaccompanied minor."
He had his first drink at 14. At his worst, he was taking 55 Vicodin a day.
He went to rehab 15 times and detox 65 times, and spent about $9 million trying to get sober.
In 2018, his colon burst. He spent two weeks in a coma, and doctors gave him a 2% chance to live.
He still never blamed his parents. "If I was a parent and it was 1970 and I was given this by a doctor and the baby stopped crying, I would do it too," he said.
He died on October 28, 2023. He was 54.
Last week, Netflix released a series about his life. It went straight to No. 1 in the US. His father was too ill to take part.
