🏃♂️Why Are You Still Running After 5 Years? 👟
When many of us first joined #STEPN, running or walking was a way to earn tokens. 💰
But from what I've observed over the years, something has changed. For many of us, it has become more than just earning. It's a habit, a lifestyle, and a part of who we are. 💚
Studies and runner surveys highlight many popular reasons why people run. Let's see how many resonate with you! 👇
❤️ Health: Investing in a healthier future.
💪 Fitness: Building endurance and getting stronger.
🧠 Mental Well-being: Relieving stress and clearing the mind.
⚖️ Weight Management: Staying active and maintaining a healthy weight.
🎯 Achievement: Setting goals and beating personal records.
🤝 Community: Meeting friends and connecting with fellow runners.
😊 Enjoyment: Simply loving the feeling of running.
🌿 Nature: Exploring new places and enjoying the outdoors.
🔥 Discipline: Building consistency and healthy habits.
🏆 Competition: Challenging ourselves and testing our limits.
💰 Earning: And yes, STEPNers can still earn while moving!
Five years later, I'm curious about one thing:
What motivates YOU to run or walk today? Is it still the tokens, your health, the friendships, or something completely different?
