I started trading in 2020 & blew up my account. Down 80% (> $90k). I decided to take it seriously last year, learned from my mistakes and followed great traders! I kept trading in the same account to remind myself of my goal. Today the account is BACK! up 212%YTD and finally green since 2020! Everything I know I learned from @GnT_Trades @OhMyOhMar @Remzztrades. Joining @TrinityTrading_ has been an incredible journey! Thank you guys 🙏
Coreweave $CRWV now only $2 dollars away from its IPO price!! Any buyers?? I’m always amazed by how a few weeks of selling can erase months of buying pressure!
In the year of AI boom, $NVDA is down %3.6% YTD. I don’t really trade Nvidia. Yes it has a ridiculously low forward PE ratio but also the circular financing makes me nervous. There are easier stocks to trade out there. But at some point, this will be too cheap not to buy!
Voters: We elected you to stop the war and bring prices down.
Democrats: Best we can do is stop AI development and ban data centers.
Just when oil was slightly up they push the deal headlines again. I hope this time it’s true. Enough with this war. Sign a deal and if it’s bad, both countries can fight it out again but the world economy and people need some relief!
$QQQ giving back most of its gains YTD. One more day like this and it will go negative! Crazy how fast sentiment changes!
Looks like the AI trade as a whole and memory in particular is getting destroyed under a democratic congress. No surprise here given the push for regulation and pause on AI dev! Hard to tell if it is a great dip buy or a long term downtrend! Any thoughts?
Coreweave getting close to its IPO price $40. Crazy to think the stock reached $184 at some point! Could be an interesting dip buy near $40 for a relief bounce.
GUYS!!! I’m shaking! I’ve finally recovered the account from being down 80% at the lows!!! My biggest trades have been Oil short, treasury bonds long, and some tech stocks!!
It’s clear that the Republican presidential nominee will be Ron DeSantis or Marco Rubio. Who do you think the Democratic nominee will be?
I bet Trump regrets answering that Pakistani PM call. xitter.gq/i/election/10472548274…
I understand the pride in finishing a marathon. I just think it’s too taxing on the body. It needs training for months if not years to do it safely. Many cases of people messing up their knees and joints. Swimming is as intense but much less harmful on the body.
Replying to @CollinRugg
I don’t think the human body was meant to withstand marathons. The fact that we normalize and celebrate this obvious destruction of the body is beyond me. It’s bad for the bones, muscles, and overall health. Normal exercise is enough!
Turns out people don’t like paying “a little bit extra” for gas. Which btw wasn’t a bit extra. It was a lot extra. I cannot find any good explanation why Trump didn’t end the Iran war.
My review of the Trump administration: The good, the bad, and the incomplete.
I believe in giving credit and criticism regardless of political party. Here are my thoughts:
1. Border Control 🇺🇸
Nearly overnight, illegal border crossings dropped to historic lows. To me, this shows Biden could have done far more but chose not to.
A secure border is essential. However, targeting hardworking families and farmworkers went too far. It was cruel, unnecessary, and hurt American farms.
Verdict: Excellent border security. Excessive enforcement.
2. Make America Healthy Again 🍎
One of the most exciting initiatives in years. Our food contains too much sugar and too many questionable additives, including some restricted in Europe.
I support removing unnecessary dyes, reducing sugar, and reviewing vaccine schedules based on scientific evidence. And yes, I’m VERY pro-vaccine.
My issue? Much of the dye phaseout relies on voluntary corporate commitments rather than enforceable rules. Why trust the same companies that put these ingredients in our food?
Verdict: Great initiative. Make the reforms permanent.
3. Tariffs & Manufacturing 🏭
Finally, a serious push to bring advanced manufacturing back to America.
I dislike high tariffs, especially when consumers pay the price. But relying on foreign countries for critical technologies is a national security risk.
Glad to see more investment in American manufacturing, though not all of it can be credited to tariffs.
Verdict: Right goal. Questionable methods.
4. H-1B Visa Fee 💻
I support the proposed $100K H-1B fee, although it’s currently blocked by courts.
Too many American tech graduates struggle to find entry-level jobs while companies sponsor foreign workers for positions Americans could fill. The visa system can also leave workers vulnerable to employer exploitation.
But we MUST continue attracting exceptional talent from abroad. That’s America’s secret weapon. Companies hiring truly exceptional talent should be willing to invest substantially in bringing them here.
Verdict: Americans first for entry-level opportunities. Keep attracting the world’s best.
5. Prescription Drugs & TrumpRx 💊
One of Trump’s best initiatives.
Americans shouldn’t pay dramatically more for the same medications sold abroad. I strongly support Most-Favored-Nation pricing agreements and TrumpRx, which already offers discounts on selected medications.
But why rely on voluntary deals with pharmaceutical companies? These protections should be expanded and written into law.
Verdict: Excellent direction. Codify it!
6. Russia–Ukraine War 🇺🇦
Credit for genuinely trying to end the war.
But why does it feel like we’re pressuring Ukraine to surrender instead of pressuring Russia to stop its aggression?
Putin started this war. We should never forget that. And frankly, the EU and NATO have been deeply disappointing.
Verdict: Good effort. Pressure on the wrong side.
7. Iran War
Iran has spent decades arming and financing groups across Lebanon, Yemen, and Gaza. It cannot be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.
I supported taking action. But the execution has been the administration’s single worst failure.
You cannot launch a war without a clear endgame. The endless deal/no-deal, war/no-war cycle is disastrous.
Verdict: Justified objective. Terrible execution.
8. Gaza
Credit for the ceasefire and hostage releases. I also like the demilitarization plan and involvement of Arab and Muslim countries.
But Hamas remains armed, rebuilding has stalled, and implementation looks extremely difficult.
Verdict: Good framework. Little confidence in full implementation.
9. Affordability 🏠
Almost nonexistent.
You cannot launch a tariff war, get involved in an expensive Iran war, and expect prices to magically fall.
Housing, groceries, insurance, and raising a family remain painfully expensive. The average American is hurting, and this administration hasn’t done nearly enough.
Verdict: Major failure
My overall takeaway:
Some genuinely good policies, some terrible decisions, and several promising initiatives that remain unfinished.
I don’t believe supporting a policy means supporting the politician behind it. And I don’t believe criticizing a politician means opposing everything they do.
I wish more Americans judged policies on their merits rather than party affiliation.
Happy to discuss and hear where everyone agrees or disagrees.
And here’s a challenge: Can anyone actually guess my political ideology based on these views?
