It took me 2 years to get to $10k MRR.
Never went viral, never grew with ads.
Never had an audience.
I just followed the advice of the ones who did it before me.
Here's the advice:
My app got $12k MRR & 25k clicks/month 💸
All from my automated SEO system
Now I can do it for you too
FULL HONESTY
Romeoseo.com is a new product.
I know it works, but it's not perfect yet.
That's why I'm offering a 'managed' tier.
You sign up, I handle ALL of your SEO
Limiting this to a small number of people
I had such big plans for today...
Then Railway went down
Then I realised the latest update of my app had a regression
Then I had to build a new cabinet for my wife
It's funny how sometimes plans don't work out 😅
When I was making around $1k MRR, AppSumo reached out
They wanted to list my app with a lifetime deal of $200
BUT they wanted to take 80% of all revenue and “spend it on marketing my app” ☠️
To this day, I still don’t know why anyone would ever want to list their app there*
*except grifters who offer lifetime deals and shut down after 6 months

The output is awesome (as if I had written it myself)
It just works
And my little cat mascot is everywhere
And MRR is slowly growing 🚀
Building products is a 10/10 hobby and a privilege❤️
I reached $12k MRR & 25k monthly clicks from Google.

$18K MRR app founder explains why Reddit is mostly cooked and how his app actually gets new customers every day.
"I posted [on Reddit] like 5 or 6 times until I got blocked."
"The true growth is from SEO"
"We have like 200 blog posts. We have like 30 different landing pages. Our website is localized in like four or five different languages."
Btw, I used romeoseo.com for my SEO growth ;)
Try it out before I raise the price.
It's currently $69, which is like 50% a joke.

I guess the thing to build this week is a beehiiv competitor.
If you’re worried about “too many newsletter tools”
Then remember
We had mailchimp before beehiiv
YO FIRST MRR FOR ROMEOSEO.COM 😭🎉
This week has been so good to me and I'm so so grateful for this community ❤️
The last couple months have been tough and I really needed a win
Now gotta build on the momentum 💪

If you’re reading this and thinking:
“I’m talking to enough users”
You probably aren’t.
You can stop when you know your user’s favorite movie, dish, and song
YO I’M ON STARTER STORY🥲❤️
I’ve been watching this channel for years and it’s unreal to be on it
Thank you SaaS, SEO, making tons of mistakes, and not stopping❤️

I’m quitting Stripe
Here’s why:
Revenue/new users good => good mood
Revenue bad => bad mood
That really fucking sucks.
Especially when growth slows down.
I probably waste an hour a day checking stripe. It’s worse than tiktok for me.
So here’s what I’ll do:
1. Create an agent to do stripe support stuff for me
2. Check my dashboard once a week
3. Spend the saved time actually building and marketing
Posting it here to keep myself accountable ❤️
