We filed over 50 cases across the state for the 2020 and 2022 elections and some went state and some federal and on up to the 5th circuit and scotus. Best of luck to you but they’ll just throw it out on “standing” or you are too late and then it’s “moot”. Good times. But yeah kinda a dead end. It’s a NATSEC issue so they punt to the Feds unfortunately. Its always worth a shot to educate others.
🚨ELECTION INTEGRITY LAWSUIT🚨
The Potter County Republican Party and Daniel Rogers filed a lawsuit in federal court in Texas against Potter County Elections Administrator Christy Benge over electronic voting machines.
They claim electronic voting machines, especially those using barcodes or QR codes and foreign-made parts, face risks from hacking, cyberattacks, and AI, and that current limited audits do not fully check the results against readable paper ballots.
They want the court to order a complete statewide hand count of all paper ballots before results are certified.
They are looking to see if there's any differences from the machine totals can be fixed, while saying they are not trying to stop voting, cancel ballots, or change Texas law.
They argue that certifying the results without this full paper check would violate voters’ constitutional rights.
