Out of the big 3 that took out Gaul, only Leithanien seems to be the most stable and well off. Victoria is recovering but still divided by its Grand Dukes while Ursus has kicked the bucket and fractured after the recent Talulah event in CN.

So Ursus after the lastest CN event is basically a fractured nation now. The new government is trying to stabilize after the monarchy was toppled but only in core regions. The rest of the country now has the possibility of breaking into new states and warlord factions.

The recent events in chp 17 and the Talulah event in CN. I'm scared that collapsals are now leaking through the northern border unopposed with Ursus being heavily unstable. The only thing stopping the collapsals from breaking through is a few EB's and isolated elite garrisons.

So this lady is Grand Duchess Volkina(or Volgina) who leads The Central Army and it's the largest out of all Army Groups. Their character sprites are also unique, with white uniforms instead of the usual dark grey.

So this guy is named Lavrenti who is a Major General in the 5th Army Group. They have pretty cool and unique character sprites that differ from the rest of the Ursus Army Groups besides the Central Army.
