Omg @BobbiBrown.. Shocking service in @FenwickStores London. Booked for a paid makeup lesson, travelled from Bristol only to be told didn't have our booking.. Email system not working. Not impressed. No apology, no samples offered. Now @BenefitUK @JohnLewisRetail much happier.
