Got a chance to hit up the blacksmith conference in FL this year! I was lucky enough to assist the famously talented Roy from Christ Centered Ironworks. Roy demonstrated a forge welded scroll wall hook and taught a class on his technique forge welding in a coal forge without flux
Checking out some iron smelting at a FABA blacksmithing meeting today! Some day I’d like to stream these again!
No stream tonight, weather coming in and I’m pooped. Big day at school tomorrow, working on training up for a potential Welding job at Universal wtudios.

Garage update: spring is snapped and repair techs want the garage “clean” under rails and opener in order to service the door. I can’t get the door open to move our equipment so looks like we have a new DIY project. Parts are on the way!
I hope everyone had a good 4th! Smoked some Ribs and relocated some bees! Also broke my garage door so working on getting that fixed. May not make the stream tonight, gotta get that door working.
Hot one out there folks. Got dehydrated today at work. Going to take it easy in the AC and probably nap. No stream today folks.
