My colleagues were shocked I cycled to work today both on time and that I was dry. We have the benefit of a shower room, but the only thing that got wet was my hair while my wet gear kept the rest of me dry.
Skehard Road needs a tow truck to be doing laps of the road. Today the special award goes to the two jeeps and a van parked outside a home getting work done with an empty driveway.

Oh nothing, just a now routine and completely unremarkable sight of an ambulance on an emergency call out using the King St cycle lane to bypass queues of cars yesterday.

Could have done with some of these in Cork over the last few weeks.

Wouldn't that be something. A greenway and a train line would really open the east. Pity the powers that be can't think long term.
Where were the yellow ribbons and angry community forums for these? Or right. No parking was impacted that's why.

On a walk from farranree to ballyvolane yesterday i counted and photographed 33 blocked drains and im talkimg long term blocked not jist recent leafs. @echolive the comments made by @corkcitycouncil that all drains ate clean is incorrect. #cork #drains #floods
