THIS!!!!!!!!! nailed it!
The Brewers are being celebrated like they invented baseball. They are doing things that have become unusual. They have an old school tough manager who players love playing for. They focus on basic easy to understand basic fundamentals. They have a hitting coach that was an overachieving player for skill that played in the big leagues. They hit the ball the other way. They value putting the ball in play. They adjust their approach based on situation and count. They are not addicted to exit velocity and launch angle bullshit. They bunt and steal bases. They do not have selfish superstars that need to be treated like celebrities. The Brewers simply play the game how it was meant to be played.

But for many, the hardest thing they ending up doing is leaving the classroom :(

I never thought I’d be pumped for my child to drop out of college. But here we are, on cloud 9! It ain’t falling behind when you’re launching forward. So pumped to watch your next chapter, Kid! ❤️ LFG 💪🏽 #BusEdu #Entrepreneurship
Today I just dropped over half of my classes at the University of Illinois. I am official a part time student. It is a little scary knowing that I am technically falling behind in school this semester. But sacrifices like this have to be made to go after what I really want.

This hits hard… especially when your kid is in state at a state school getting ZERO assistance while out of state AND out of country residents are getting discounts left & right 🤦🏻‍♂️
The biggest financial gut-punch a middle-class parent ever takes is opening their kid’s college financial aid letter. You work for twenty-two years. You don't buy new cars. You don't take lavish vacations. Your household brings in $115,000 a year before taxes. Your kid busts their tail in high school. 3.9 GPA. National Honor Society. You fill out the FAFSA, submit your tax returns, and wait. The calculation comes back: Student Aid Index: $38,000 per year. Zero grants. Zero institutional scholarships. Zero tuition relief. The government looks at a family living in a three-bedroom tract house with a mortgage and essentially says: “You have $38,000 in liquid cash sitting under your mattress right now to hand over to a university every September.” If you make under $35,000, tuition is covered by Pell Grants and state aid. If you make $1.5 million, you write a check from an investment trust and don't even notice it. If you’re in the middle? You get a polite email with a link to apply for federal Parent PLUS loans at an 8.5% interest rate. The middle class is too broke to afford college, but too "rich" to get a dime of help. Has anyone else opened a financial aid report and felt completely sick to their stomach?

This moment will be discussed in MBA classes and motivational speeches. There was no added pressure in his mind because for him it was just about winning the next point and the next game. Doesn't even bother keeping track of the score in his mind. Just win the next point.
