Dr. Jill Stein is facing fascist retaliation by the Trump regime for protesting against Israeli genocide. She faces 18 months in prison after being violently arrested by the state for opposing Israel Where are the โ€œleftโ€ voices standing with her? Where is Bernie Sanders? Zohran Mamdani? AOC and the DSA? Are they truly going to stay quiet and refuse solidarity with victims of fascism simply because they are not a Democrat!? This is terrifying signs of things to come

Kentucky residents played a loud recording of the noise pollution from data centers to show its disruptive impact. Within seconds, county officials grew irritated and told them to โ€œact like adultsโ€ and turn it off. The corrupt politicians who vote for and push these data centers onto our communities couldnโ€™t handle the piercing sound for a few seconds, yet expect residents to live with it every day. Welcome to the USA, where politicians prioritize the bottom line of the corporations and billionaires that fund their campaigns over the needs of our people and communities.

Not including the foreign aid we give to Egypt and Jordan in this bundle is pathetic considering we do that to make sure there are stable cushions around Israel. Not including the $7 Trillion + we spent on the war on terror in this number is also insane since Israel pushed us into it.

Zohran Mamdani is one of the biggest sellouts in modern political history
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ Zohran Mamdani's NYPD is preparing to sign a 3-year, $750,000 no-bid contract with Israeli surveillance firm Cognyte using its AI-powered device FalcoNet, which mimics cell towers to track phones and can be concealed in backpacks or mounted on police cars and drones Cognyte has a long history of scrutiny for selling interception spyware to Myanmarโ€™s state telecom shortly before the 2021 military coup and was even banned by Meta for targeting journalists across multiple countries

There was plenty of provocation from the west. The United States was openly gloating about how they fostered a color revolution in Ukraine, how they used NGOโ€™s to foment anti-Russian sentiment to grow US influence. The neonazi groups thanking US for its money, saying cont, (1)

This is a huge problem with liberal thought. They would rather seek bioessentialist answers for why state actors act the way they do before they would ever consider material conditions or blowback

It will forever be darkly ironic how we all refer to Ukraine "surrendering" a region that already ceded from it and which UA spent the past 11 years trying to (unsuccessfully) force into rejoining their country by bombing its infrastructure and ethnically cleansing its people. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ BREAKING: U.S. peace proposals delivered to Vladimir Putin include a scenario in which Ukraine would surrender all of Donbas to Russia in exchange for NATO security guarantees, according to a Kremlin-connected source speaking to Reuters. The proposal was reportedly among the documents Steve Witkoff presented to Putin during their meeting in St. Petersburg. The revelation raises a question about Washington's latest diplomatic initiative: whether Ukraine is again being asked to relinquish territory that Russian forces have failed to capture militarily. President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed willingness to negotiate a ceasefire along the existing front lines but has repeatedly rejected withdrawing Ukrainian troops from the remaining Ukrainian-controlled areas of Donbas. Those territories include strategically important defensive positions that Kyiv considers essential to its future security. The reported scenario also leaves major questions unanswered about the nature of NATO's proposed guarantees, their enforcement and whether Russia would accept such an arrangement. Reuters has not reported that Ukraine agreed to the proposal or that any agreement was reached during Witkoff's meeting with Putin. For now, the territorial dispute remains unresolved, even as Washington and Moscow discuss restarting trilateral negotiations. Source: Reuters, October 22, 2026.

Russia is acting no differently than the United States would if the USA or quite frankly any U.S. aligned state would act if placed in the same geopolitical situation.
Replying to @Solidarity_Star
Russia is the way it is because Western powers made no effort to liberalize it after the Soviet Union fell. Oligarchy, nationalism, and Putinโ€™s consolidation of power basically guaranteed the invasion of Ukraine. The west takes some blame, but Russia is pretty obviously evil.

This shit is exactly why I despise anyone who pretends that there is โ€œantisemitismโ€ on the left, and anyone who does should never be taken seriously again Itโ€™s a complete joke. If anything the left in the west is wayyyy too concerned with Jewish feelings
With all the antisemitism going around, seemed like a good time to re-post this.
