House Republicans are wisely considering a congressional procedure to block elected democratic socialists from being sworn into Congress after the midterms. Reports Thursday said Rep. Keith Self and others are looking at challenging the oath on opening day on the grounds that these Democrats would be lying when they swear to support and defend the Constitution, since their own stated policies call for undoing the Constitution and America as a whole.
You cannot take that oath in good faith while belonging to a group whose platform calls for replacing the founding document. Self is right to raise it. Speaker Johnson should not dismiss this as nonsense. Article I, Section 5 gives the House the authority to judge the qualifications of its own members. Using that power against candidates who openly reject the Constitution is not extremism. It’s basic fidelity to the oath.
This is bigger than one faction. Any election held in a state that refuses to require voter ID is already illegitimate. California and New York let non-citizens register with little more than a checked box and a promise. Seating winners from those systems rewards fraud. The House should treat those results the same way it treats candidates who reject the Constitution itself.
The procedure is straightforward. A member-elect challenges another’s right to take the oath, places the evidence before the House, and the chamber debates and votes. In this case the evidence is the DSA’s own platform. That is not a close call. Candidates who campaign on scrapping the Constitution should not be allowed to swear they will defend it.
Republicans need to follow through on both fronts. The left will call any challenge an attack on democracy while they work to dismantle the system that produced it. Either enforce the oath and basic election rules or accept that Congress will keep filling with people who never intended to uphold either.
The alternative is clear. Seat the socialists and the winners of unverified elections, then watch them use the institution against the country that created it. The House has the tools to prevent this nightmare. Use them.

1) why won't California pass a Voter ID law?
2) why does the left allow >10 million illegal immigrants into America?
3) why was President Trump investigated over classified documents but Biden and Clinton weren't (they both had classified documents)?
4) why did Democratic operatives find a second Dan Sullivan to run against the incumbent Dan Sullivan in Alaska?
5) how are the courts able to block the deportation of violent illegal immigrants who have deportation orders? (not all, the subset with criminal indictments)

But the 2016 election fractured the right into two groups: the legacy Republican party vs MAGA
While they were fighting with each other, the Democratic party solidified an exceptional -- and asymmetric -- level of power

If the Democrats want my vote again then do the following things:
a) pass a voter ID law
b) make electoral college and congressional power proportionate to *citizen population* rather than *total population* (including illegal immigrants)
c) remove threats to pack the Supreme Court (and in a perfect world pass legislation capping the Court at 9 judges)

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

Here is the disgusting immoral aspect to Calif's position.
They endorse Judge Carter's "Well just go prosecute the illegal voters" view.
By letting pretty much anyone who asks receive a ballot and cast a vote, California is feeding many unwitting immigrants to federal prosecution followed by deportation.
AND ... CALIF .... DOES .... NOT .... CARE.
Illegally casting a vote is not only a crime, it is a deportable event. Legal Resident Aliens and those in the U.S. on bona fide asylum claims are subject to removal because casting a vote is a false claim of citizenship under the INA.
But the Dems in Calif got the vote and the vote was counted.
From them the response to the deportations is "Big whoop. There are more aliens where those came from."
Dems on this issue are disgusting immocal crectins who betray those they purport to champion -- all in pursuit of power.

We have never been able to speak directly to the father, (name redacted) who was allegedly injured in an attack by settlers, only to his son in Chicago, (name redacted). The son has repeatedly asked that he be the only person with whom we speak with.
19 Oct – ACS received an email from (son) alleging his father had been attacked at his home in Turmusaya by settlers and was now at Istishari Hospital in Ramallah. We called the son in Chicago the same day and asked for contact information for his father which he was unwilling to provide. We followed up the same day with an email to (son).
20 Oct – We followed up with another email to (son) asking for contact information. (Son) asked us to call him. We called the son twice that day and there was no answer. We called the hospital in Ramallah several times but were unable to reach anyone.
21 Oct – Received another email from (son) saying his father was undergoing surgery at the hospital. We called the son in Chicago who said he would send contact information for next of kin in the WB which we didn’t receive. He stated he didn’t want to pursue the matter with the local authorities and said family members would travel from the States to the WB and wanted assurances they wouldn’t be denied entry at the airport.
22 Oct – We spoke again with (son) who subsequently wrote in an email…”Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and for your understanding regarding the tragic incident involving my father. Thank you again for your time, support, and assistance during this difficult time.” We responded in an email that we would like to speak directly with his father or his uncle and asked for local contact numbers. We didn’t receive any numbers. We received another email that same day saying his brother and mother were traveling to the WB from the States and he wanted assurances that they would be allowed in. We also received medical reports and photos passed to us from the son showing the wounds of his father.

It compares the 1980/87 test with 2026. The findings should terrify every parent and teacher...
Vocabulary has collapsed.
Old SAT: 70.6% of questions tested vocab.
New SAT: 15%.
The old test forced students to know a wide range of words through analogies, antonyms, and sentence completions. The new test abandoned that. Most vocab questions now just ask students to fill in one blank from context.
Reading passages also got radically shorter (average ~97 words vs 300–340).
The new test uses short expository passages and hands you the necessary background knowledge inside the text. The older tests leaned much more heavily on argumentative and persuasive writing, assumed far more historical, scientific, and cultural knowledge, and penalized students who lacked it.
This is a redefinition of what "college readiness" means.
If you believe that kids should develop rigorous vocabulary, be capable of sustained reading, and possess background knowledge, I have bad news for you. The SAT no longer measures these.
If you want a future where children can actually read difficult texts and construct complex arguments, the SAT must be replaced now.
This cannot go on.

Let me break down the Flavio Bolsonaro situation and why he is in the United States just hours after the election…
First, they imprisoned his father. They sentenced Jair Bolsonaro to 27 years and placed him under house arrest after he challenged the 2022 results and was accused of plotting to overturn the election.
In this recent election, Bolsonaro was ahead. Lula and his thugs, including his former corruption lawyer, who now sits on Brazil’s Supreme Court, requested a two-hour extension that miraculously produced enough votes for Lula to win. That extension added only about 35,000 votes, roughly 0.03 percent of the total, which is nowhere near enough to explain Lula’s final margin of roughly 4.4 million votes.
Bolsonaro immediately challenged the election because anyone who is not a communist and has a brain could see that the election was stolen from him if they actually paid attention to what was happening. President Trump called the outcome a rigged election and said it looked very bad.
Hours later, they accused him of trying to overturn the election, EXACTLY as they did to his father, and accused him of inciting “violence” in the streets. Then they prohibited him from leaving the country, even though he had committed no crime, and canceled his passport to make sure he could not leave.
Fortunately, Bolsonaro had been working with the United States. They extracted him in an undisclosed operation before the authorities could throw him in prison just like his father.
Meanwhile, while ALL of this is unfolding, Lula’s little tranny lover, Erika Hilton, who is a “Congresswoman,” is publicly calling for the Brazilian government to seize Bolsonaro’s and his wife’s assets and freeze ALL their bank accounts.
DOES THAT SOUND NORMAL TO YOU? A man challenges an election, and suddenly the Brazilian government is coming after him for doing exactly that.
THIS IS COMMUNISM.
So while you see Democrats across our country congratulating Lula on his victory, including Alex Soros, the biggest demon of them all, understand exactly what you are looking at. These are the people cheering on a government that is targeting its political opposition. They are the enemy, and they will attempt the SAME thing against a Republican here in America, just as they did to Trump.
