Hm... We had no idea these were sentient creatures, either. We shall send someone to ask her for details.

. . . ? Do you have trouble understanding the lyrics?

Taking... care of them? How does one take care of that... thing?

[ She's more concerned about something else. ] Why are you here? [ She looks highly displeased. ]

Is that so? We have received them a few times, now.

[ Ah, it was another one of those funny faces. What did they mean, and why did she keep getting them? The King did not know. ]

. . . ? [ She shall stare back, then, unflinching. ]

You were a decent challenge on the road towards Our Reign. It would be foolish for a King to deny themselves of obstacles—otherwise, what reason would the people have to look up to Us in their hours of need? Besides, a single match is insufficient to declare yourself Our better.

💫 Wow already a year of this account? Sorry I'm not here as much, tbh sometimes I'm conflicted about keeping Orfe since she's tied to a few personal disappointments, BUT!! I'm having fun with her again now, and I know there's people that enjoy her so we push through <3 Thanks!!

. . . [ That does make sense. So, she lets go, letting the small ostrich do whatever. Be free, little flightless bird... ]

. . . ? Is that a foreign language?

. . . [ She stops the petting. ] We do not think the ostrich appreciates such a gesture.

. . . [ She gently pets the baby ostrich. ]

But it is already hatched.

[ ??? What is she supposed to do with this? ]

For it to be humiliating, as you yourself call it, it would mean you recognize Our strength as above yours, because only in such a defeat would a true King find humiliation.

Why would We be interested in such things?
