I know I don’t have that big of a platform on here, but I don’t think just talking about mental health is enough. I want to be able to help more, whether it’s listening to someone’s story, giving advice, or just being there for someone when they feel alone. I understand that people often don’t want to ask for help, especially not when their name/persona is attached. Does anyone know of a way someone could send me a message anonymously if they need help?
