Just an average pop culture geek, who wants to share a few things he’s picked up on his 50 year journey to try and improve himself. Obsessed Peloton rider. YMMV

What are you waiting for? Do it!
Just in case no one told you today. You're doing great. You got this and you are enough.
You have to be careful that the ladder of success that you are climbing so quickly is up against the right wall. I have found that it’s sometimes hard to realize this until you are at least half way up the ladder. There’s nothing wrong with climbing down and starting over.

Because I’ve written for and about pop culture and comics, I thought it would be fun to unbox and see what I know about the February, 2022, @thebambox BAM! GEEK box. (Spoilers—There’s a lot about #Thebatman #Terminator #antman and #TheWitcher ) youtu.be/HL41l4BwGKs

“I’ve cried on this bike, tears of joy and tears of sadness. I wear my heart on my sleeve. Because that is also my power.” @onepeloton Jenn Sherman (paraphrased)
Boundaries are a good thing. They can be a neutral that zone separate the Federation from the Klingon Empire. Or they can be as simple as asking your significant other to leave you alone while you are working at home. Either way, beware the Kobayashi Maru, you can’t win that one
Ask yourself: Are you a dreamer that does or a doer that dreams? Act accordingly.

Hey! You are doing fine. Well except that you are being too hard on yourself. Other than that, you are doing fine!
What’s one thing you’ve done today that makes you proud? Focus on that.
Running Hack. If you’ve got a new release that you’ve been dying to hear, save it for your run. This means you’re not just running anymore, you’re running and listening to a new album, audiobook or podcast.

Join me as I use my knowledge of pop culture to@unbox and explore the history behind the items in the January 2022 @thebambox Geek Box with way too much information on Indiana Jones, Morbius and Iron Man. The prop may be my favorite one yet. #bammer youtu.be/r4sFHkDZEI8

Originally, the word mantra referred to a short sound, word/phrase in Sanskrit used for meditation purposes. (“Ohm”). The term now includes self-affirming statements of strength and confidence. Both versions help you focus your mind. Do you have a favorite mantra?
