The DATA Network and Trace are joining the Sui stack, bringing a live supply of rights-cleared AI training data to infrastructure built for AI workloads.
With 250M+ receipts already recorded by Trace, AI labs will be able to source real-world data with verifiable provenance, while @WalrusProtocol provides the underlying storage layer.
Sui Foundation is investing $30 million in the DATA Network, establishing the largest institutional stake in the network, alongside the continuing holdings of PIP Labs and the DATA Foundation. Furthering the alignment, SY Lee, founder of the DATA Network and CEO of PIP Labs, joins Sui Foundation as Strategic Advisor.

Thatโs what makes the architecture behind @primus_labs worth looking into.
Beyond zkTLS, the Primus Network has a system designed to coordinate different participants and give them incentives to keep the network running.
Hereโs how it works ๐
1. Clients initiate data verification requests through DApps.
2. Developers use the Primus SDK to integrate data verification into their applications, making it easier to use trusted off-chain information on-chain.
3. Attestor Nodes execute the zkTLS protocol to verify data from specified websites or sources and generate cryptographic proofs.
But thereโs more to the system. ๐ก
Attestor Nodes operate within Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) to strengthen execution integrity. Node operators must also stake tokens to participate and can earn rewards for completing tasks correctly. Failure to follow protocol requirements may result in penalties.
The economic model is straightforward: users pay for verification, and participants earn according to the networkโs rules.
What I find interesting is the bigger picture.
Instead of every application building its own isolated verification system, Primus is working toward infrastructure that allows developers, network participants, and on-chain contracts to work together.
Of course, TEEs and staking don't eliminate every security risk. Implementation and deployment still matter.
But as DeFi and AI agents increasingly depend on reliable off-chain data, the ability to verify information without blindly trusting a single service becomes even more important.

Good morning everyone
Iโve been looking at what @vangrid_io is building, and I think the idea behind it makes a lot of sense.
Vangrid is working on a decentralized network that uses smartphone captures to create real-world spatial data for Physical AI. This data can help robots and autonomous systems better understand the environments around them.
What I like is how it allows everyday people to contribute using devices they already have, rather than relying only on expensive, specialized equipment.
As AI continues to move into the physical world, the need for reliable real-world data will only grow. Vangrid is building toward that need by connecting people, real-world captures, and the future of Physical AI.
Thereโs still a lot to see as the network grows, but the problem theyโre working on is worth paying attention to.
