Nearly 10 years ago I started my college journey in this very building.
The road hasn’t been straight or easy and it’s taken me places 17 year old me couldn’t have imagined through plenty of trial and tribulation.
Wouldn’t change a thing.
Asking for my good buddy @lounge_dawg is DKR a cowbell friendly stadium? @_delconte
The great @LeifSkodnick is cranking this one 220 down the line
Lol Cricketers Can Easily Become Baseball Players.Playing Baseball Is A Cakewalk For Cricketers.Few Months Ago,Star England Cricketer Liam Plunkett Who Is 41 Now,Made His Professional Baseball Debut And Dismissed One Of The Best Hitters Of The League Without Even Breaking A Sweat
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Missing context: These 5 pitches were Liam Plunkett's only throws as part of a "marketing player" stunt, and he has not made any appearances since. The Pioneer Baseball League (where this took place) is in the lowest tier of organized pro baseball in the United States.

The @snapbacksports x Sam Houston sponsorship will be taught in Business Schools for years to come.
The power of branding made me care about Sam Houston.
Baylor would be an upgrade for Jeff Traylor.
But if he leaves UTSA for Baylor, he’s likely leaving Baylor for a better job down the road.
For reference 145 KPH is 90 miles an hour.
Thats the number this guy is bragging about so imagine what the average bowler is hurling
No hate to baseball, but I feel like people underestimate how difficult professional cricket actually is.
Cricket has 3 formats, each demanding a different skill set. In Test cricket, you're facing 145+ km/h deliveries from Bumrah, Starc or Jofra Archer, dealing with swing, seam, bouncers and world-class spinners like Ashwin and Lyon.
You have to judge movement, defend your stumps, avoid LBW, survive for hours AND score runs. One mistake can cost you your wicket.
And that's just batting. Bowlers have to master line, length, variations and control while delivering long spells without losing accuracy.
Cricket isn't just about hitting a ball. There's a ridiculous amount of skill, technique, patience and tactical thinking involved.
If you really want to understand the level of international cricket, watch a Test match and pay attention to what Bumrah, Starc or Archer do with the ball.
A professional baseball player with proper training isn’t even ready to play Major League Baseball in month
This baseball vs Cricket debate is pure rage bait.
High school baseball is harder than professional cricket.

Bar none, Baylor is the hardest job in Texas.

Jason Eck is going to be a P5 coach sooner rather than later and the school that lands him is getting a monster
As someone who attends a ton of 11 am games I like the delay starts of 11:05 or later.
As someone watching today, let’s kick these games off
Stubhub is the absolute worst about this…
The sickening stories keeping coming in…😢😢😢
SHAME ON YOU, @StubHub.
Imagine being a kid, a HUGE @Brewers fan, and finding out you’re going to see your team play in the WORLD SERIES! ⚾️💙💛
The excitement. The anticipation. The memories you’re already imagining making.
Now imagine having that excitement ripped away because a company sold your 3 tickets that you bought, that they apparently can’t deliver.
That’s exactly what we’re dealing with right now.
We purchased THREE tickets to the Milwaukee Brewers World Series for Game 1 last Tuesday(13th) through StubHub. We selected our section, our row, paid for our tickets, and received our order confirmation.
Everything was supposed to be set.
Then suddenly, StubHub tells us they’re “searching for replacement options” because they can’t provide the tickets we purchased.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
How does a company accept someone’s hard earned money, confirm a purchase, and then turn around and say they can’t fulfill it?!
And their solution? We can request a refund while they continue looking for tickets.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT THE MONEY.
It’s about the experience. It’s about the memories. It’s about the excitement of a kid, his dad, and grandpa, who thought they were going to watch their favorite baseball team play on the biggest stage in baseball.
Look at the first picture. That’s the disappointment you’re creating, StubHub.
A refund doesn’t replace that moment.
And here’s what really bothers me…
StubHub advertises a “FanProtect Guarantee” and tells customers their orders are “100% guaranteed.”
Guaranteed WHAT, exactly?!
Because from where we’re sitting, that guarantee doesn’t feel worth much when you can’t deliver the tickets you sold us.
We did everything right. We purchased through a major ticket marketplace. We trusted the confirmation. We trusted the guarantee.
Now it’s time for StubHub to make it right.
We aren’t asking for anything extra. We want the three tickets we paid for, or comparable or better seats together, at no additional cost.
Stubhub…DO BETTER.
Please SHARE this. Not just for us, but for every fan who has trusted a ticket company with an experience that means so much more than the price of admission.

This is the exact reason coaches leave programs when they get tired of fundraising.
I cannot imagine Arkansas without DVH, but he’s far too good of a coach to be fundraising
