RCMP will conduct increased checkpoints in the #Wilmot area Sat., Sept. 21, 1-3. Police expect a large number of motorcycle riders in the area, including some representing outlaw motorcycle groups. We will enforce the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act & any other applicable statutes.

Investigators have now received over 260 tips in the past 7 days. None have established that the suspects are outside of the Gillam area. However, #rcmpmb continues to remind the public that it is possible the suspects inadvertently received assistance & are no longer in the area

After a thorough & exhaustive search, #rcmpmb has not been able to substantiate the tip in York Landing. RCMP resources will continue to be in the York Landing & Gillam areas.
