Can’t beat an afternoon at Club Tropicana with @BoogsTweets, loaded fries on the way home and the jammies on by 9pm!

Pitlochry today for Amber’s last Highland Games of the season (her 5th season, 1st one competing with the adults). Finishing on a high with a 3rd in the 800m, 1st in the mile and 2nd in the 2 mile. #pitlochry #pitlochryhighlandgames #distanceleague #runnersofinstagram
A surprisingly dry day at Blairgowrie Highland Games today. Amber ran the 800m, Mile and 2 mile, placing in all three. 🥰💪.
A 7.30am start for these two for a hot and sweaty 2nd visit to Clermont Waterfront Parkrun. Missing the older two Cunningham children as they chose to stay in bed instead 😉. #parkrun #saturdayparkrunday #clermontparkrun #scottishrunner #scottishrunnerontour
An early start for a bit of parkrun tourism. Clermont Waterfront Parkrun, a 7.30am start and it was still absolutely roasting! #parkrun #parkruntourism #clermont
It seems only yesterday that she was looking up at this @scotathletics Masters athlete watching him race and now here she is now running in the adult races and warming up with him at the Famous Alva Games. He’s always there giving her support.
Kenmore 50th Anniversary Highland Games tonight and I don’t think the rain halted until it was time to come home. Three great runs and some winnings to add to her savings 👏🏼
Trip down memory lane, Commonwealth Games Edinburgh Opening Ceremony 1986. @scotathletics @BritAthletics #commonwealthgames
Season 5 opener at Ceres today for Ambers first games as an ‘adult’. Happy with her winnings and well deserved after a gutsy run in the mile.
Watching @keelyhodgkinson 🇬🇧 in the 400m race at the Scottish Athletics Indoor Invitational!
What a superstar, clocking a new personal best of 51.49 seconds to take the win and taking the time to pose for selfies afterwards. @scotathletics
Well done to the 5 @AirdrieTandF teams that ran at today’s @ShettlestonHarr Allan Scally. Thank you so much for letting Amber join your one of your teams for the day. Such a lovely, friendly and welcoming bunch 🩵

This guy always brings a smile to my face at every @scotathletics race, he’s there running around with his speaker, blaring music and cheering everyone on.
These two girls, albeit from different clubs, always working together to help each other along. @HarmenyAC @CorstorphineAAC @scotathletics #runningfriends
