Flu indicators continue to rise steadily, except wastewater.
COVID indicators flatten out.
RSV remains rare.
H5N1 is back in our cattle.
Folks in northern Colorado, loads of measles exposures.
This child was super sick and in a lot of health care facilities.

#BREAKING: Colorado reports its first #H5N1 #birdflu case since Aug. '24 in a Weld County dairy herd.
CDA says the #HPAI genotype is B3.13 (the one found in 🐮). Unclear how the herd was infected, but dairy is now under quarantine.
Risk to the general public is low, per CDA.

Flu continues to rise ahead of schedule, but fortunately the rise remains slow and steady.
COVID indicators all change direction and climb.
RSV remains rare.
And an easy public health action for interested Coloradans.
