🚨 BREAKING: JANUS HENDERSON AND CENTRIFUGE LAUNCH NASDAQ-100 TOKENIZED FUND ON @StellarOrg
Janus Henderson, managing approximately $500 billion in assets, has launched JQQQ, a blockchain-native fund tracking the Nasdaq-100 Index under an official Nasdaq license.
Centrifuge provides the tokenization infrastructure, while the fund is issued exclusively on the Stellar network.
Institutional tokenization is expanding beyond Treasury bills and money-market funds into major equity benchmarks. This is an issuer-sponsored investment product, not an unofficial token tracking stock prices.

S&P Global has officially completed its acquisition of OpenZeppelin, bringing smart contract security and blockchain risk assessments deeper into traditional financial infrastructure.
OpenZeppelin's technology has supported over $38 TRILLION in cumulative onchain transfers, including stablecoins and tokenized funds.
S&P Global is expanding beyond traditional credit ratings into assessing the technology risks behind tokenized financial assets.
As banks and asset managers move securities, deposits and funds onchain, evaluating smart contract security becomes increasingly important.
The acquisition closed today, following its September 17 announcement.
OpenZeppelin will remain a separate business unit, and its contract libraries will remain open source.
This strengthens the infrastructure supporting institutional tokenization. It does not represent $38 trillion in currently tokenized assets.
I've come to believe that the greatest measure of success isn't simply how much we accumulate, but how much good we create along the way.

🚨 BREAKING: AVIVA INVESTORS TOKENIZES ITS LARGEST FUND ON THE $XRP LEDGER
Aviva Investors has reportedly launched a tokenized share class of its £22 BILLION Sterling Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger, expanding its partnership with @Ripple
This follows Aviva's first tokenized money market fund launch in July.
The two tokenized share classes now reportedly represent more than £86 million in investments.
Komainu provides digital asset custody, Licuido supplies tokenization infrastructure, and BNY remains the underlying fund custodian.
We're watching a major European asset manager move beyond its first tokenized product and expand into additional institutional funds.
The £22 billion represents the size of the underlying Sterling Liquidity Fund, not the amount tokenized.
