Today is #InternationalEqualPayDay. The EU gender pay gap is still 16% & global gender pay inequality is likely to increase due to the economic fallout of COVID-19. We call for gender-sensitive labour market policies & binding EU measures to eliminate the gender pay gap by 2030.
