At some point, 2K has to publicly address cheating. I haven’t touched the game in over a month, and I have no motivation to return. You can’t claim you’re tackling cheating at launch, then go silent while it becomes the worst I’ve ever seen. You can’t even get on the court anymore without seeing “Zen” in someone’s name. People are openly advertising it because they clearly don’t fear any consequences. If there isn’t a reliable solution yet, say that. Be honest about the challenges and let the community know you’re working on fixes. That would earn more respect than silence. We’ve seen old servers and websites that help people make builds get taken down, yet videos openly promoting cheating remain untouched. It’s hard to understand those priorities when cheating is ruining the experience for paying customers. I’ve been part of this community for a long time, and this is the worst I’ve seen it. New features drop, GOAT builds release, and people spend serious money to enjoy the game, only to run into cheaters when they step on the court. The community deserves fair gameplay, accountability, and communication. Staying silent while continuing to ask people to spend money is embarrassing.

XNYPD Pig, Victor Romero murdered Koran Irving when he lost composure during a road rage. The dirty DA charge Romero with manslaughter, it’s reason to been upgraded to murder charges. But don’t worry, it’s just a few bad apples. #backtheblue

The part about cheating in NBA 2K27 I don’t understand isn’t HOW people do it. It’s WHY. If a device is timing your shots for you, what exactly are you getting out of winning? Is it the record, the reputation, the rewards, or has losing become that hard to accept?

Imagine walking out of the store with a cup of coffee only to see cop searching your truck without your permission. The incident occurred at a 7-Eleven parking lot in the Westwood neighborhood of southwest Denver, Colorado. The vehicle owner, known locally as "Junkyard Jerry," parked his Chevrolet Silverado in a marked stall and entered the business to grab a morning coffee before heading to work. While Jerry was inside the store, a Denver Police Department District 4 patrol officer approached the parked vehicle. Rather than waiting for the driver to return or checking the vehicle identification number and license plate externally, the officer opened the vehicle door, reached into the interior cabin, and retrieved the truck's registration paperwork without consent or a search warrant. When Jerry walked outside and confronted the officer for entering his truck, the officer characterized the interaction as a lawful "traffic stop." When asked to justify the detention and entry, the officer stated: The truck's license plate was not properly affixed. The vehicle's door lock appeared punched. That specific model of Chevrolet Silverado is among the most commonly stolen vehicles in the Denver metropolitan area claimed the officer. Jerry immediately challenged the legal basis of the interaction, noting that the truck was powered off and legally parked on private commercial property, meaning no moving traffic violation had occurred. He also pointed out that entering the vehicle to search for paperwork violated the Fourth Amendment. When the officer ordered him to sit on the curb while running the paperwork, Jerry refused, asserting that he was not under arrest and was simply a customer attempting to go to work. Jerry identified himself to the officer, noting that District 4 personnel were already familiar with him from a prior incident where his classic vehicle was struck in the exact same parking lot, an accident officers previously declined to investigate due to it occurring on private property. Multiple backup officers arrived on the scene after the primary officer reported that the truck appeared stolen and that the driver was uncooperative. After running the vehicle identification number and registration paperwork, dispatch confirmed the truck was legally owned, properly registered, and not reported stolen. Realizing there was no criminal conduct, officers placed their business cards on the hood of the truck at Jerry's request. Jerry was released from the scene with no citations issued and no charges filed. The corruption and violation of this man's rights is next level with this officer. He has no business wearing that badge.
Banana trees are not actually trees at all—they are giant perennial herbs with fake trunks. Despite growing up to 25 feet tall and looking like tropical palm trees, a banana plant contains zero structural wood or true timber. What looks like a thick wooden tree trunk is technically a "pseudostem"—a tight, pressurized cylinder composed entirely of overlapping, rolled leaf sheaths wrapped around one another. Because the plant lacks woody cambium tissue and dies back down to the underground rhizome root ball after fruiting, botanists officially classify the towering banana plant as the largest herbaceous perennial on Earth.

🚔Why did Sgt. Billy Wheeler believe he needed to body slam this person from behind when another officer was calmly questioning him? On Feb. 8, 2020, in Valdosta, GA, near a Walgreens, Valdosta PD officers responded to a 911 call about a man panhandling/harassing customers. Two men matched the description. One had outstanding felony warrants and was detained. The other was Antonio Arnelo Smith (then 46), who said he was waiting for a Western Union transfer and had done nothing wrong. Officer Dominic Henry stopped Smith. Smith cooperated, handed over his ID, and answered questions. Sgt. Billy Wheeler then approached from behind, grabbed Smith’s right wrist, pinned both arms in a bear hug, ordered him to put his hands behind his back (while they were already pinned), and body-slammed him face-first to the ground. Smith screamed, “Oh my God, you broke my wrist!” Officers handcuffed him. One said he was under arrest for a warrant. Henry immediately corrected them: the warrant was for the other man nearby. Cuffs were removed within about a minute. Ambulance was called; Smith left before EMS arrived. Hospital later confirmed fractures to his wrist (distal radius and ulna). Smith sued the officers, police chief, mayor, and city for excessive force and civil rights violations (seeking ~$700k). In June 2021, Valdosta City Council approved a $350,000 settlement plus creation of a citizens review board. ❓What injury risk does a face-first body slam create when someone’s arms are already pinned behind them? ❓Why did Sgt. Billy Wheeler approach Antonio Smith from behind without saying anything first?

On October 20, ConEd mechanic Koran Irvine was fatally shot by retired NYPD detective Victor Romero, who claimed the 46-year-old father was swerving into his lane, prompting him to fire his weapon at Irvine's rear window amid moving traffic. After one week of tireless advocacy from Irvine's loved ones, a grand jury indicted Romero on second-degree murder charges - an upgrade from a manslaughter charge he previously received. He was granted bail and remains free. Status Coup's @JonFarinaPhoto documents a rally by Irvine's family and friends in Lower Manhattan following Romero's indictment. When people talk about how much chaos a cop strike could cause - do they not think about what could happen if Con Ed or the TWU decide to go out for industrial action?
On October 20, ConEd mechanic Koran Irvine was fatally shot by retired NYPD detective Victor Romero, who claimed the 46-year-old father was swerving into his lane, prompting him to discharge his weapon at Irvine's rear window amid moving traffic on George Washington Bridge - the world's busiest motor vehicle bridge. Romero drove home and returned to work the next day, where NYPD detectives asked him to voluntarily come in for questioning. One week following the tragic incident, a grand jury indicted Romero on second-degree murder charges - an upgrade from a manslaughter charge he previously received. He was granted bail and remains free. Status Coup's @jonfarina documents a rally by Irvine's family and friends in Lower Manhattan following Romero's indictment. Video by @blue_lanes

Now imagine how he acted when he was an actual cop on the force and someone "disrespected" him. Plenty more still on the force right now. NYC was willing to cover for his murder by giving him manslaughter charges. Largest legal criminal gang in America.
