Trivia time!
Time is blown in, then the referee blows their whistle due to a Team B (defense) injury with 10 seconds remaining on the play clock. Is Team A (offense) allowed a fresh 20 seconds in order to put the ball into play, or are there still 10 seconds on the play clock?

This pretty much says it all! It is just not high school football, it's community football in the summer and fall. Football programs in the province are expanding and every officiating association in the province can use more members. 1/2
