James Jones is the best CFB RB you’ve never heard of. The Aggies star is now 8th in the country in rushing yards 😤

The first firing of 2026 happens on October 21st. By this time last season six(!!) head coaches had already been fired. Are athletic departments showing more patience or does that just show how crazy last year was?

Sources: Maryland coach Mike Locksley has been dismissed. Maryland dropped to 2-5 on Saturday after a last-second loss to Rutgers. Locksley is 39-54 overall at Maryland, including his interim stint in 2015. Maryland is on a bye this week.

If USC can survive a trip to Camp Randall this weekend, the table is set for them to make their CFP push. Yes its true their schedule is grueling with three top 10 opponents, but the Buckeyes and Bruins will be without their starting QBs. It opens the door for two signature victories that will be significantly less tough to come by. This is the most crucial stretch of Lincoln Riley's career.

The SEC circle of parity is officially complete
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The circle is incomplete as it shows Vanderbilt being beaten by both Auburn and Arkansas instead of having a continuous loop of teams beating the next. The circle would be complete if Vanderbilt had defeated Auburn. x.com/gatadata88/sta…

Has it been established yet that the BYU-ND clock didn't start fast enough on the last play so there actually wasn't 1 second? Or was that just made up when I heard it.
