We need your help to make sure Alberta is represented in our study of the social and economic impact of life with cystic fibrosis. For the results to be statistically significant in, we need 25% of people living with CF to participate.
The patient survey will take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete, while the caregiver survey will take 20-30 minutes to complete. Both do not need to be completed in one sitting. There are only 4 days left to register. bit.ly/3hPjjdn
