Mogalakwena is completely collapsed. Placing it under administration or swapping mayoral faces is just moving deck chairs on the Titanic, we are practically mirroring the ghost-town reality of Emfuleni. Notice how quiet the EFF gets during community protests? Silence is expensive, and Mogalakwena is their personal bacon.
No more cheap distractions, generic search evasions, or "distant family ties" excuses. The real questions remain: Where did the millions Mpho Edward Malema received through municipality-linked companies actually land? Who built that bridge to the Municipal Manager? Was it Jabu Mashamaite? When did it start?
