KERN COUNTY: Southbound I-5 is currently blocked just north of SR 119 due to a multi-vehicle collision, with a big rig on fire. No ETO at this time, crews en route to set up a full roadway closure until the fire is extinguished and vehicles can be safely removed from the roadway.
