Love the fact that he has been honoured but does anyone else think it should be SIR KEVIN SINFIELD? Can’t think of anyone more deserving. He has shown all of us the true meaning of friendship and raised millions for his pal and transformed awareness along the way. #SirKev #Arise #KnighthoodForSinfield #KevTheKnight #Honours #NewYearHonours

Sir Kevin Sinfield would've & should've been the easiest Knighthood given out and one the whole of the country would've absolutely agreed with!

Just give the man a knighthood. Incredible stuff from Kevin Sinfield. Once a captain, always a captain.

Kevin Sinfield should have received a knighthood for what he achieved in rugby. The fact that he still isn't rewarded with one after all he has done for the MND community just outlines how much of a joke the whole thing actually is

How the hell has Kevin Sinfield been overlooked for a knighthood in the New Years honours yet again? It's utterly disgraceful when you look at some who have been knighted #KevinSinfield – at Preston, England

I had to post this picture of Kevin Sinfield this morning because he’s been overlooked for a knighthood, It actually baffles me what you need to do these days for a knighthood. Certain people are getting it for doing very little, yet someone like this absolute unbelievable human being is being snubbed. Well #KevinSinfield you are a Sir in my eyes mate. Happy New Year ❤️

🙌 | Kevin Sinfield is the pride of Rugby League. In 2024 alone he has raised over £1 million for Motor Neurone Disease charities and, in total, has raised a whopping £11 million with his incredible fundraising work over the years. Despite a serious muscle injury, he completed a 230-mile run this December, finishing seven ultra marathons in seven days. His dedication to raising awareness for MND is remarkable. You'll always be Sir Kevin Sinfield to us.
