THE TRUTH ABOUT THE NUREMBERG TRIALS Nuremberg Trials have been viewed as the foundation of modern international criminal justice and a precedent for prosecuting mass atrocities and genocide, but when you look closely at Nuremberg 1 and the way it was conducted you might now see it as more of a way for the jews to get revenge and write history to their advantage. The fact that Germans were the only ones prosecuted while actions committed by the Allied powers, such as Soviet atrocities or civilian bombings went unpunished. "Out of 3,000 people employed on the staff at the Nuremberg Courts, 2,400 were jews." Louis Marschalko, Hungarian Journalist "The World Conquerors" (1958) U.S. prosecutor Thomas J. Dodd at Nuremberg also wrote that the Nuremberg staff is about seventy-five percent jewish. Some examples of jewish figures were the investigators in charge of the interrogations (and who later acted as prosecutors in the trials): lieutenant colonel Burton F. Ellis (head of the War Crimes Committee) and his assistants, Captain Raphael Shumacker, lieutenant Robert E. Byrne, lieutenant William R. Perl, Mr. Morris Ellowitz, Mr. Harry Thon and Mr. Kirschbaum. The legal adviser to the court was Colonel A. H. Rosenfeld. The key legal and investigative personnel on the American prosecution team during the Nuremberg war crimes trials were also Jewish. Robert Kempner (Assistant U.S. Chief Counsel), Walter Rapp (Head of the Evidence Division), and Paul Niederman served crucial roles behind the scenes in organizing evidence, running interrogations, and building cases against high-ranking Nazi officials. None of the major Nazi defendants or witnesses (other than Rudolf Höss, Hermann Göring, SS General Otto Ohlendorf) "confessed" on the stand in the traditional sense. All confessions were taken in interrogation rooms. Methods used by American interrogators included brutal beatings, hooding the prisoner and hitting him in the face with brass knuckles, breaking his jaw, pulling his teeth, giving him starvation rations, and putting him in solitary confinement. The prisoners were then presented with prepared statements to sign, "confessing" to various crimes." As seen on page page 958 of the State Congressional Record (I will post a screenshot in the comments below) "Our investigators would put a black hood over the accused's head and then punch hím in the face with brass knuckles, kick him, and beat him with rubber hose. Many of the German defendants had teeth knocked out. Some had their jaws broken. All but two of the Germans, in the 1939 cases we investigated, had been kicked in the testicles beyond repair.
