America needs to SET the AI standards before China does.
Rep. Nathaniel Moran is right: the U.S. must lead. That means encouraging American innovation while demanding accountability when powerful AI systems become dangerous.

WHAT GOOD IS A CONSERVATION INCENTIVE IF LANDOWNERS CANโT TRUST IT?
These reported valuation cuts raise a serious question: Why would landowners commit to permanent conservation if the tax incentive becomes a costly battle?
The land stays protected forever. The tax deduction becomes a fight.
Crack down on fraud.
But give legitimate landowners a fair deal or risk driving people away from conservation altogether.
๐จTHE IRS IS PUNISHING AMERICANS FOR PROTECTING THEIR OWN LAND!!
A new independent review of more than 130 conservation easement cases found the IRS slashed property valuations by an average of 97%, often without ever visiting the land!
One property reportedly went from $27.88 MILLION to just $400,000!
Hereโs whatโs happening:
โข Landowners agree to permanently preserve their property instead of developing it.
โข Congress created tax incentives to encourage conservation.
โข IRS reviewers are accused of overriding professional appraisals, frequently relying on desk reviews rather than site inspections.
The IRS says itโs cracking down on inflated valuations and abusive tax shelters. But what happens when legitimate landowners get caught in that crackdown?
Why would anyone agree to preserve their land forever if the government can challenge nearly the entire value of their tax deduction?
Weโre supposed to be ENCOURAGING Americans to protect farmland, wildlife and open space, not making them regret it.

DIGGER IS A BOX OFFICE FLOP!
Hollywood could lose $150Mโ$250M โฆ thatโs an expensive way to lecture us peasants about our carbon footprints.๐
Saving the planet, one box-office disaster at a time.
He nails it!๐๐ป
HOLLYWOOD: โAudiences are rejecting the climate message in Digger.โ
REALITY: Audiences are rejecting YOU.
Tom Cruiseโs $160โ180M climate satire just opened to ~$8M domestically and is on track to lose $150โ250M.
Critics are calling it โthe most relevant film of the year.โ Regular people saw the trailer, saw another Hollywood lecture, and stayed home.
The guy in this video nailed it: people arenโt tired of the environment. Theyโre tired of private-jet celebrities living like kings while scolding the rest of us.
A message only lands when the messenger actually lives it.
Instead of another smug oil-tycoon caricature, give us:
โข A small-town family fighting to keep their farm.
โข A hunter or rancher who actually stewards the land.
โข Neighbors coming together to fix real problems: planting trees, improving soil and finding practical solutions.
Teddy Roosevelt understood this. Protecting Americaโs beauty isnโt a guilt trip from elites. Itโs something everyday Americans already care about.
Godโs creation is worth loving and defending. Stories about regular people doing it will always outperform Hollywood sermons.
Make that movie. People will actually show up.
Who else is done with the lectures?

South Carolinaโs GOP leaders are backing a fast-track review of NextEraโs proposed $67 BILLION Dominion takeover.
A temporary $10 monthly credit isnโt enough.
๐จWhoโs protecting customers after it expires? This is exactly how they rob you with a monopoly!๐๐ป
A $10 credit for two years. A utility giant you could be paying for decades.
South Carolinaโs top Republican legislative leaders are backing the fast-track review of NextEraโs proposed $67 billion purchase of Dominion.
House Speaker Murrell Smith and Senate President Thomas Alexander told the Public Service Commission they support the companiesโ timeline for a decision by late January. They put their names on it.
The deal would put power for millions of customers across SC, VA and NC under one Florida-based giant.
Customers get a temporary credit of roughly $10 a month for two years. After that? You still canโt shop around. If rates rise or service deteriorates, youโre stuck with the provider.
Meanwhile, Virginiaโs governor is demanding stronger protections. South Carolinaโs leadership is helping move the process along.
NextEraโs Florida subsidiary, FPL, has also faced scrutiny over alleged โghost candidateโ schemes and surveillance of a journalist. That history deserves scrutiny before this deal moves forward.
If rates climb after the temporary credits disappear, remember who helped clear the path.
South Carolina ratepayers deserve a thorough review and enforceable protections before regulators approve anything.

๐จ **WHAT IN THE ACTUAL PEE-HELL IS GOING ON IN MINNESOTA?!** ๐คข
Apparently, 25 years of teaching chemistry wasn't enough for one Minnesota professor. He allegedly decided to conduct his own extracurricular experiments involving URINE, students' belongings, water bottles, and trash cans.
And no, I'm not making this up.
**Paul Jerome Fischer, 56**, a former chemistry professor at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, was charged October 7, 2026, with felony first-degree damage to property after investigators uncovered a series of absolutely disgusting incidents inside the college's Olin-Rice Science Center.
And this wasn't allegedly a one-time accident.
On December 5, 2025, a female student was studying in a common area just outside Fischer's office. She stepped away for approximately SIX MINUTES, leaving her backpack unattended.
When she returned, she discovered URINE on her backpack and personal belongings.
She suspected Fischer because, according to her account, he was the only person nearby.
The damage to her belongings? Approximately **$2,070**.
But investigators soon discovered something even more disturbing.
Campus security had received SIX previous reports between November 2024 and December 2025 involving urine mysteriously appearing in places where urine has absolutely NO BUSINESS BEING.
We're talking:
๐ง Trash cans.
๐ง Other people's WATER BOTTLES.
๐ง Decorations belonging to fellow professors.
๐ง Personal belongings inside the science building.
**WATER BOTTLES, PEOPLE. THE THINGS PEOPLE DRINK FROM.** ๐คฎ
And here's where this story goes completely off the rails.
According to the criminal complaint, Fischer allegedly ADMITTED to investigators that he'd developed a habit of urinating into cups over the previous year and a half to two years.
He reportedly told police he would then dump the urine into trash cans or laboratory sinks throughout campus.
As for the student's backpack?
He claimed he had ACCIDENTALLY spilled urine onto her belongings while trying to empty a cup into a nearby trash can.
Oh, well, THAT certainly clears everything up. ๐
Because apparently, walking to an actual restroom was just too much to ask of a man with a quarter-century career in higher education.
Macalester College launched an internal investigation, and Fischer subsequently resigned.
In February, another professor informed students that Fischer was no longer employed by the college and was prohibited from returning to campus.
Now he's facing a felony charge carrying a possible FIVE YEARS in prison and a maximum $10,000 fine.
His first court appearance is scheduled for November 4, 2026.
Authorities have NOT established why he allegedly engaged in this behavior, whether certain individuals were deliberately targeted, or whether anyone actually drank from a contaminated water bottle.
I have ONE question.
**HOW DOES A MAN TEACH CHEMISTRY FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS AND ALLEGEDLY TURN AN ENTIRE SCIENCE BUILDING INTO HIS PERSONAL URINAL?!**
These students paid tuition for a college education, not to participate in some deranged professor's bathroom experiment.
I've heard of professors being full of crap.
Apparently, this one allegedly had a different problem.

๐จ ABSOLUTELY SICKENING. WHAT KIND OF COWARDS DO THIS TO THE ELDERLY?! ๐ก๐ซ๐ท
An elderly couple in France was reportedly robbed, stripped down to their underwear, and left humiliated in the street amid the unrest.
Imagine living eight decades, only to find yourself surrounded by people who apparently see two defenseless elderly citizens as easy targets.
These aren't revolutionaries. They're not freedom fighters. They're thugs.
And let's be perfectly clear: There is NOTHING brave about terrorizing elderly people who cannot defend themselves.
Protest is a right. Robbery, intimidation, and humiliating innocent people are CRIMES.
Every one of the thugs responsible deserves to be identified, arrested, and prosecuted.
A society that cannot protect its elderly from violent mobs has a serious problem.
This is heartbreaking. And absolutely infuriating. ๐

Apparently, she was expecting the VIP shoplifting experience. Free phone repair, complimentary exit, and absolutely NO interruptions during her getaway! ๐คฃ
And then she called her MOM! ๐ญ
Meanwhile, the shop owner called 911.
Imagine trying to steal a $125 repair, getting trapped inside, calling your mother to complain, and having the POLICE invited to your little shopping adventure.

Imagine hating ONE MAN so much that you're willing to sacrifice your own financial security, your family's safety, and your children's future just to spite him.
Trump won't be president forever. But the policies you vote for today can affect your life for DECADES.
Your taxes don't care about your political feelings. Your grocery bill doesn't care who you hate. And criminals certainly don't check your party affiliation before victimizing you.
**You don't have to love Donald Trump. You don't even have to LIKE him.**
But if your entire political identity revolves around hating him, you've stopped thinking about what's best for your country and started letting one man control your decisions.
**Hatred is not a political platform. TDS is not a retirement plan. And voting out of spite is not a substitute for common sense.**
America will still be here long after Trump leaves office.
Make sure it's an America your children will be proud to inherit. ๐บ๐ธ
