A lot young people who want to work in baseball, aren’t willing to do what it takes to make it in baseball.

Lot of coaches at higher levels are tone deaf of what college baseball actually is. Never had to drive vans, PBJ, worry about fundraising to feed the guys.Good for them but 90% of coaches had to struggle.Financials of smaller school baseball has made a ton of insurance salesman

🚨How 4-Year Coaches Are Recruiting JUCO in 2026 🚨 Within 48 hours last June, the NCAA passed two rules that quietly rewired how four-year coaches recruit junior college players. Most JUCO guys still don't know what changed, or that it moved in their favor. Here's the new landscape, and why California may be in a category of its own ⬇️ 🧵

The average age of Division 1 baseball players is nearly 22 years old. Think about that and if it may apply to schools you’re targeting. Great info @SportsForceBB

AGE. The average age of a Division I baseball player is 22 years old. That's not a rounding error. That's a different population of players, and nothing since has pushed it back down.

Another dialed-in, dominant performance from the Desert. 🌵⚾️ 14 innings of Fall baseball against Mesa College — our guys competed, executed, and brought energy from the first pitch to the last. This group keeps getting better every time we take the field. The Desert is coming. 🏜️🔥 #CODBaseball #Roadrunners #TheDesert #JucoBaseball #FallBall
