The public hearing on the proposed water rates is tonight, November 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Glendale City Council Chambers, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206.
GWP staff will recommend that tonight's public hearing on the proposed water rates be continued to November 10. If City Council approves the continuance, protests will be accepted through the new hearing date of November 10.

Glendale City Manager Roubik Golanian and GWP management staff attended the Southern California Public Power Authority’s (@SCPPA_Official ) 2026 Annual Conference on October 21–22 at the Hilton in Glendale. Mayor Ardy Kassakhian, who also serves as Glendale’s SCPPA Board Representative, was a special guest speaker at the event, which brought together more than 300 SCPPA members.
