Man. @krisrhim1 keeps waving the @COSJatSC flag higher and harder than any of us alums before him. Big time congrats to him! Springfield in the Old Gray Lady. Not bad at all!
Excited to share that I’ll be joining the New York Times in June as a part of this year’s class of fellows.
I’ll still be doing Falcons coverage through May, so I’ll save my goodbyes for then, but I’m excited for this next step.

So proud to call @COSJatSC my family.
These are special journalists, and I’m so lucky to have a small role in their development.

Shout out to the hardest-working college media crew around. @COSJatSC students returned to campus a week early to cover the @HoophallClassic and produce several dozen stories across platforms, including a special issue of @TheSpfldStudent. And they’re not done yet! #proudadvisor

The tradition returns!!!
My @COSJatSC #SportsBroadcasting class resumed its tradition of full-scale broadcasts today. @garrett_cote @jacsaintj and @daveykilburn were elite on the call for a true corn-hole classic.

So honored to have been asked to introduce @celinegounder! Thank you to @SpringfieldLWJ for the opportunity and to Dr. Gounder for the amazing conversations.
@COSJatSC major @irenerrotondo couldn't have done a better job introducing Dr. Gounder at last night's Arts & Humanities Speakers Series. She made our department very proud!

So thankful for everything she taught me during my 4 years on Alden Street. Certainly wouldn’t be where I am today without her knowledge and guidance. Congrats on your retirement Laura, you deserve it! – at Presque Isle, ME
At the conclusion of the semester, Professor of Communications, Laura Dubowski, will be enjoying her retirement. In her years at Springfield she has used her experience in the field to help develop young journalists.

Beyond thankful for what Laura has taught me in my first 2 years at Springfield. I didn't except to be as invested in TV as I am, and Laura had a lot to do with that. Have a happy retirement!

The bond that is @SpfldCollege is 1 that is forever strong and 1 that I will always cherish. I would not be where I am today without the grinding mentality I developed at SC as a @COSJatSC major. But I also grew in Spirit Mind & Body.
