*** 90-YEAR-OLD WOMAN VIOLENTLY ATTACKED IN BRIGHTON BEACH ***
At approximately 9:45 am on Monday August 31st, on the corner of Brighton 5th Street and Brighton Beach Avenue, a 90-year-old woman was the victim of a random violent attack when walking on the block. The victim was seriously injured after a heavy box of garbage was thrown at her causing her to collapse on the sidewalk. The woman was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. The NYPD investigation is ongoing to determine the identity of the attacker. I will update the community when more information is available. Anyone with information should contact the 60th Precinct at 718-946-3353 or 800-577-TIPS.

Historical Context about Article V of the U.S. Constitution
Near the end of the Constitutional Convention, George Mason identified a flaw, noting that power to propose amendments had been granted to Congress but not to the states.
Mason questioned whether Congress could be expected to propose amendments that would restrain its own potential tyranny.
Following this observation, the proposal to grant states the power to restrain the federal government was unanimously adopted without debate.

Xavier Becerra, in a leaked audio recording, confirms that he transformed HHS into one of the largest child trafficking operations in U.S. history.
He admits that children were to be placed as fast as possible, like products moving down an assembly line, without vetting. He even says the quiet part out loud: the children were, in fact, illegal aliens.

The SAVE America Act includes two basic protections for federal elections: proof of citizenship to register to vote and voter ID at the polls. They help protect election integrity and make sure every legal vote counts.
Right now, these protections are not guaranteed nationwide.
