1) Today they finally bothered to return some skins. More specifically, just adding a balance to my account on their website. And to be honest, I was shocked by it.
Here are just a few examples of their genius refunds:

This popped up a few minutes after commenting on a guy's profile something like "I bought your m9 on gamerpay, your trade link is broken, please fix".
Steam seems to be banning users for commenting on other people's profiles about trading.
@gergelyszabo94 just got banned because of this with $475k worth of inventory.
