Yo I seen HUNDREDS of ppl at millennium park and and pics of even more at the parks on the north side. Outside, no masks, no social distancing, enjoying themselves. Please stop sending large groups of militarized police into our neighborhoods exclusively

TODAY WAS DOPE! We learned about organizing tactics & @CS_1950's powerful work to oust a racist university president. We talked about racism in schools, immigrant rights & safe spaces for LGBTQ folx. We're energized for the work ahead. Next time 3/14 is a field trip. Can't wait!

kent did not save us. even if he lifted our interim suspensions, he was the one who had the power to suspend us in the first place. if you don’t realize they are weaponizing this to make him our “white savior,” remember that he was active in starving and harming protesters

I am so pleased to hear this. Sending #solidarity #NotAgainSU
Some of these SU students were in my classes (soc of gender and race and ethnicity) last year (2018 and 2019) reading Combahee River Collective. Thank you @TheBarbaraSmith for providing them with the intellectual building blocks that now fuels their beautiful acts of resistance.

If Syracuse University put the same effort to identify and suspend the perpetrators of the hate crimes on campus as they did to identify and suspend #NotAgainSU protestors, the occupation probably wouldn’t had even occurred in the 1st place.
A thought.

Temperature manipulation and withholding access to food are interrogation tactics - not how a school should be responding to peaceful protesters. #NotAgainSU #protectnotpunish

#NotAgainSU an RN was trying to get medical supplies into the students. they were denied access by DPS.

Please read #NotAgainSU’s response to the protestors’ suspensions in its entirety. As the administration evidently continues to lacks transparency, it’s paramount that we provide you all with factual information. #FreeCrouse #NotAgainSUspended

not allowing food in Crouse-Hinds is abhorrent. I hope every tour on campus this week sees our admin for who they are and how cruel they are to students of color protesting for their right to feel safe and be heard on campus. They won’t care abt you either #NotAgainSU #FreeCrouse
Chants of "let food in" at one of the entrances to Crouse-Hinds Hall at Syracuse University. #NotAgainSU protesters inside have been without access to food and supplies from outside for over 15 hours. @CitrusTVNews

#NotAgainSU protesters inside Crouse Hinds Hall have just been told they will be suspended due to a code of conduct violation. Bring cardboard to stand on, blankets to cover yourself in, and bring your signs! Make noise and spread the word!

Syracuse University would rather silence a movement to make their campus safe and inclusive, then actually so the work of making it safe and inclusive.
Suspending students peacefully staging a sit in is violence. #NotAgainSU

I’m asking all my media and journalist friends to take a deep look at what’s going on at Syracuse University.
I’m asking students nationwide and globally to take a look at what’s going on at Syracuse and stand in solidarity. #blackout2020 #feesmustfall

According to students the suspension notice forbids the protesting students from attending class or being on campus.
Students demanding fighting for a safer campus shouldn’t be suspended while students who make campus unsafe walk free. #NotAgainSU

This is bad, real bad y’all.
Syracuse University just handed our suspension notices to students staging a sit in.
To date, no student has been reprimanded for the hate crimes during the fall semester but students have been reprimanded for demanding better
