You don't need to be at doctorate level, just understand some universal truths:
✅ Forward momentum, velocity, kinetic energy = jumping height
❌ Flat footed, stood on heels = less jumping height

You'll be amazed at how much higher you can jump with forward motion, rather than from a standing position.
