Looking forward to Colne GP tonight. My "home" race is always emotional, seeing family and friends lining the course. Hoping for more luck after the past 2 rounds were blighted by no luck! #teamribble #backyourself #ourteamourway – at Keighley, England

Got this one handed, seated, high cadence sprinting down to a tee. Green jersey 👌😂 enjoying just riding the bike at the moment, before I get the all clear to start back training. #backyourself #teamribble #downbutnotout #zwift – at Keighley, England

Round 2 of @medichecks endurance test done! Easy process from start to finish. Looking forward to seeing how my results vary from last time! Hoping the few tweaks have helped 🤞 Fancy a 10% discount on anything they do? Then use code 'Ribble' #knowyourselfinsideout #TeamRibble – at Keighley, England

Round 5 tonight at 7pm of the @GoZwift #ZwiftKSL. Who will be watching?! Hoping I have my internet connection sorted this time 🙈🤞 also hope I find my legs again after mallorca 😫. Waking up to a sneaky peek of our team bikes for this season. How awesome are they looking?! 😍 #teamribble #ourteamourway #bling

Even in the serious atmosphere of a training camp, it is good to sit back and reflect on where you are and who you're with. Got alot to thank my parents for and riding with my dad in mallorca is a highlight, especially with a big season coming up 💪#TeamRibble #ourteamourway

Fancy some entertainment whilst having your tea tomorrow night? Tune in at 7pm to watch me and the @TeamRibble lads take part in round 1 of the #kisssuperleague. Really looking forward to hiding on the turbo whilst it's snowing outside! Got to love smashing myself with my @TeamRibble teammates in this innovative new race league on @GoZwift. Thanks for giving us this opportunity! #teamribble #ourteamourway #rideon #kisssuperleague

I don't know whether to celebrate or cry at my @GoZwift race...not knowing where the actual finish line was, was a proper rooky mistake! Good training session and a 2nd place atleast! 😅 #TeamRibble #ourteamourway #customribble #zwiftracing – at Leeds, England
