The ACA did FAR more than create insurance marketplaces. It also imposed protections on traditional health insurance, including employer plans. It protects millions of Americans who have never purchased insurance through an ACA marketplace.

"The Cold Embrace" is my last story written for the Jim Baen award & sold to Analog. I wrote 10 for the contest & all sold to pro markets, one to Galaxy's Edge, the rest to @Analog_SF , though one missed the contest due to schedule conflicts.

When a story sells, I always reread for errors to flag in the galleys—my little ritual of disbelief. This time it’s "The Cold Embrace", coming soon in @Analog_SF! Cold War secrets, cosmic isolation, and the human heart beneath the machinery.
I don't know why needs to hear this, but ANTIFA's not an organization, it's an ideology. If you're anti ANTIFA, you're for fascism. Literally.
