My question was drawn to be asked at last night’s Full Council meeting. I want to now share the Cabinet Member’s responses about #send . It has to be said, my residents experiences have not been positive- however, data suggests the SEND support service is improving. 1/3

And then people are wondering how authority's don't have the funding, it costs them more to go tontribunal than it would be to train administration people to do the job right in the first place and follow the regulations that are in place.

The worst kept secret in SEND - corporate neglect of vulnerable children and families by Local Areas - Officers are complicit in these actions and should be held fully accountable. They are playing poker with people lives and flagrantly disregarding statutory duties!
