Report: District Metals — 198 Meters of Alum Shale Intersected at Viken as the Focus Shifts to Permitting District Metals (DMX.V) has aggressively advanced the flagship Viken energy metals project in Sweden in the past few years. This resulted in an updated mineral resource estimate and economic studies, and the attention and focus is now shifting towards drill testing the numerous MobileMT conductive anomalies whilst advancing the project towards permitting. While the moratorium on mining and producing uranium in Sweden was lifted earlier this year, there still are some regulatory hoops the company will have to jump through. Right now, the government inquiry into mining alum shales is the next hurdle to overcome on the road to hopefully develop the Viken project. The recent elections in Sweden resulted in a win for the opposition parties. But that win was by a much smaller margin than originally anticipated and this has complicated the coalition negotiations. So far, no new government has formed, and this could potentially result in a snap election further down the road. #DistrictMetals #DMX #Sweden #Uranium #Viken $DMX.V @district_metals caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Tocvan Ventures – Interview with CEO Chris Gordon: A 1,000-Ounce Pilot Campaign to Help Fund District-Scale Exploration Tocvan Ventures (TOC.C) is in the final stages of completing its pilot plant on the Gran Pilar flagship project in Mexico’s Sonora state. The 50,000 tonne bulk sample program should be completed in the first half of next year and provide the company with valuable information and data on recovery curves as this will be a real-world test to replicate the results of column leach test results. Meanwhile, the company will continue to drill. While we were initially expecting the company to work on a maiden resource estimate at Gran Pilar, recent encouraging drill results at the newly discovered El Mezquite zone could change the perception of the project as a whole. As the market tends to be backward-looking it wouldn’t benefit nor the company nor its shareholders to prematurely release a resource that will be outdated by the time it gets published. Tocvan recently appointed a new CEO, and we sat down with Chris Gordon to discuss the plans for Tocvan Ventures, and his reasons to join the company. #gold #GranPilar #Mexico #Pilar #PilarGold #TocvanVentures #ChrisGordon @TOCVANVentures caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Canterra Minerals – 4,800 Meters of Drilling Adds a Third More Metal to the Lundberg Resource Canterra Minerals (CTM.V) has made true on its promise to update the resource on the Lundberg deposit, part of its flagship Buchans critical minerals project. While a resource increase was widely anticipated, the burning question was of course ‘by how much’. That question has now been answered with a high-confidence resource update with 97% of the global tonnage at Lundberg in the indicated resource category with barely any inferred resources. The tonnage increased by 55%, the total amount of copper-equivalent increased by 34% and this percentage would have been higher if it wasn’t for the very strong copper price which has a mildly negative impact on the copper-equivalent calculation. This updated resource now positions Buchans as a high-priority critical minerals project in Newfoundland, providing a welcome change from the gold-dominant exploration stories in the province. #Buchans #BuchansResources #gold #Lundberg #Newfoundland #Zinc $CTM @CanterraC caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Sage Potash – Peterson 1 Paves the Way for a Resource Upgrade and an Expanded Mine Plan in 2027 Sage Potash (SAGE.V) released the long-awaited assay results from the Peterson 1 hole last week, and it is very encouraging to see the hole intersected the expected mineralization. Not only is it great to see the average thickness of the two potash beds of Cycle 18 being  confirmed (with minimal variability), the grades are also coming in as expected, with a higher grade zone running 52-52.5% KCl beating the expectations. This hole should enable the company to continue to tick the boxes at the flagship Sage Plain project in Utah. We caught up with CEO Pat Varas to discuss the results and the near-term plans for the project. As one of the most advanced development-stage potash projects (with an economic study) in the USA, updating the resource and the economics should further add credibility to the project. This would position it as one of the largest (if not the largest) potential Stateside potash development project. #ParadoxBasin #Potash #SagePotash #USA #Utah $SAGE.V @SagePotash caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Generation Mining – Financing Secured For Permitted Marathon Copper-Palladium Mine It took a while, but @GenMining (GENM) finally bit the bullet and pulled the trigger on a comprehensive financing package which should see the Marathon copper-palladium project being fully funded to production. The company had previously announced certain pieces of the financing puzzle, but with last week’s update on the final C$340M of the financing package, it can now hit the ground running and commence the construction phase of the project within the next few weeks. In this update, we are providing a breakdown of the financing structure, and we will follow up with CEO Jamie Levy to discuss timelines and the future of the project once all the dust has settled. #Copper #GenerationMining #gold #MarathonPGM #Palladium $GENM.TO caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Sierra Madre Gold & Silver – La Guitarra Tunes Up, Del Toro Warms Up @SierraMadreSM Gold and Silver (SM.V) is currently finishing up its Phase I production increase program. Within the next few weeks, we should see an official announcement confirming the completion of the capacity expansion towards 750-800 tonnes per day. Not only will this boost the silver and gold production at its fully owned La Guitarra mine in Mexico, it is also the first stepping stone to execute on its Phase II expansion program. The additional expansion (which should be completed in the second half of next year) will further boost the capacity towards 1,200-1,500 tonnes per day. #Ag #DelToro #FirstMajesticSilver #Mexico #SierraMadreGold&Silver caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Sage Potash – Scaling Up America’s Highest-Grade Potash Deposit Targeting to supply 10-15% of Domestic Demand While commodity investors are mainly focusing on precious metals, copper and critical minerals, one would almost forget that agriculture-related commodities are in high demand as well. A substantial portion of the fertilizer supply chain is in the hands of super majors, but not only are there some smaller players in the field, there are also some geopolitical advantages by going down the pyramid in this sector. The newest hobby in Washington DC these days seems to be slapping tariffs on pretty much every other country the United States of America is trading with, but there are cases or even the White House realizes it is not desirable to levy a tax on certain commodities. Oil imported from Canada, for instance, is not subject to any tariffs. And although not widely advertised, #potash is also exempt from tariffs. The reason for this is very simple, the USA has to import about 95% of its potash needs, and applying a tariff would predominantly hit the American farmers. It would be in the best interest of the country to start to develop a domestic supply chain for potash in order to at least reduce the reliance on other countries. And this could especially be helpful in an era where self-created trade barriers are not exactly benefiting the end user of the product, and where potash could potentially be ‘weaponized’ in the trade war. #ParadoxBasin #Potash #SAGE.V #SagePotash #USA #Utah @SagePotash caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Integra Resources – Production Up 30% Quarter-Over-Quarter as Florida Canyon Works Through Its Last Capex-Intensive Year @IntegraResource (ITR.V, ITRG) reported on the updated feasibility study on its producing Florida Canyon gold mine in Nevada during the summer. It was great to see that despite having a few additional years of production under the belt since the asset was acquired, the company was able to extend the mine life by a few years and increase the Mineral Reserves by 74%. In the base case scenario (which uses a decreasing gold price from 2027 on) Florida Canyon is expected to generate almost 800 million USD in after-tax net cash flow. Meanwhile, activities at the DeLamar development project in Idaho are ongoing and the company expects to receive the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision (read – Federal Mining Permit) in the second half of 2027 with construction anticipated to start soon thereafter. Integra’s Q2 results were a bit light due to the (anticipated and previously reported) lower gold production in the first quarter in combination with elevated sustaining capex levels. But as the production rate should increase in the current semester, followed by a double digit percentage AISC decrease in 2027, the ‘worst’ should be behind us. #DeLamar #FloridaCanyon #gold #IntegraResources #ITR $ITR.V caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Arras Minerals – Proving Up A Copper-Gold District In Kazakhstan The world needs more copper and recent issues at for instance First Quantum Minerals in Panama and Ivanhoe Mines in the DRC have highlighted that the originally expected supply increases may not be as easy as anticipated. Throw in the difficulties Freeport McMoran (FCX) has at its Indonesian Grasberg mine and it becomes painfully clear that the supply side of the copper picture may have to be revised downward. Starting up new mines rarely goes better than expected, and usually goes worse than theorized. Meanwhile, the demand side on the copper market looks stronger than ever before. We have seen outsized imports into the USA as the COMEX-LME spread has been all over the place this year, and the arbitrage plays an important role. Meanwhile the Chinese imports saw some temporary increases as well (before seeing a drop in July) in the first half of this year with for instance a 3.8% increase in Q2 2026, and all these elements are indicating a further tightening on the copper markets. #ARK #ArrasMinerals #Beskauga #Copper #DarrenKlinck #gold #Kazakhstan @arrasminerals caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Heliostar Metals — US$26M H1 Free Cash Flow Will Fund Early Equipment Orders for Ana Paula @HeliostarMetals (HSTR.V) is taking advantage of the strong gold price to beef up its balance sheet. While the cash flow result in Q2 was a bit lower than anticipated due to the actual timing of the gold sales (the gold has been produced, but not all ounces were sold before the end of the quarter), we anticipate a strong working capital release in Q3 to allow the company to further build its cash position. The strong financial results will also allow Heliostar to put down deposits for the long-lead items for Ana Paula. While the feasibility study (and formal investment decision) is only expected towards the summer of next year, the company wants to nip any delays in the bud and will already order the key pieces of infrastructure to avoid any supply chain risks. The full-year guidance for 2026 was reconfirmed, and this implies a H2 production of approximately 25,000 ounces of gold at an AISC of around $2100/oz (and perhaps slightly lower than that if the silver price remains strong). This further implies a healthy margin of in excess of US$2,000/oz and US$50M in H2 pre-tax cash flow on the mine sites level (before taxes, corporate overhead and expensed exploration). #AnaPaula #gold #Goldstrike #Heliostar #HSTR #HSTR.V #MexicoEnResistencia caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Blue Jay Gold – A Past-Producing Yukon Mine Acquired for C$575,000 and Fully Funded for up to 16,000 Meters of Drilling @BlueJayGoldCorp (JAY.V) was initially created to host the Ontario-based exploration assets of Riverside Resources (RRI.V), but the picture (and appeal) changed drastically when the company announced the acquisition of the Skukum gold project (now renamed to the Steller gold project) from Tincorp Metals in the summer of last year. Not only was the timing of the acquisition excellent, the agreement was also signed before the gold price started its run, and before the exploration potential of the Yukon started to resurface. And this means Blue Jay was able to secure ownership of the project at exceptionally advantageous terms. Sometimes it’s okay to be lucky. It changed the magnitude of the investment thesis for Blue Jay overnight. Rather than being the umpteenth exploration company with early-stage exploration assets, it acquired a past-producing project with an existing NI43-101 compliant high-grade underground gold-silver resource in the Yukon Territory. A project that had been dormant for a while and has never been explored to the fullest extent. It’s now up to the Blue Jay management and exploration team to pursue resource growth at Steller and perhaps push the project towards an economic study. But with 120,000 meters of historical drill data, an existing resource and a road that links the project straight to Whitehorse, a lot of important pieces of the puzzle to create value are already in place. #BlueJayGold #gold #Steller #USA $JAY #mining caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Element 29 Resources – Drilling 1,591 Meters Deep at Elida and Still Ending in Copper Mineralization @CopperE29 Resources (ECU.V) has been relatively quiet in the past few months as it of course takes a while to drill deep holes on its flagship Elida copper-molybenum-silver project in Peru and wait for the lab to return the assays. But patience is a virtue, and the company released the assay results from three holes late last month (with more to come, obviously). Not only did the company publish drill results, it also announced it received official approval to double its allowed amount of drill sites at Elida. This will provide additional flexibility and it will allow the technical teams to start drill-testing other high-priority targets. The next few months will be very busy for Element 29 as the company is completing its 10,000 meter drill program with two drill rigs currently active on the property. Not only does this mean we will see new drill results on a regular basis, it will also allow the company to (hopefully) deliver an updated resource estimate by the end of this year or early next year should the results of the current drill program justify doing so. And given the exploration results that have been published since the previous resource was completed, we anticipate a substantial resource increase (both in terms of tonnage as well as ‘pounds in the ground’), increasing its appeal in a world that’s still hungry for more copper. #Copper #Element29 #Elida #Peru $ECU.V #Elidaproject #copperexploration #Element29 #copper #mining #coppermining #perumining caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Canterra Minerals – Under La Flamme Rouge Towards An Updated Resource Calculation The next few months will be important for the future of Canterra Minerals (CTM.V). The company will complete an additional 2,000 meters of drilling and include the data in an upcoming resource calculation, while the rigs will start working on the regional targets to prove up additional mineralization elsewhere in the Buchans critical minerals district with an additional 6,000 meters of drilling. While there is an existing resource at Buchans, the company aims to surpass the 20 million tonnes mark on its quest to prove up critical mass at Buchans. The company is fully funded to complete the 8,000 meter drill program as well as the resource update, which means the second half of the year will be catalyst-rich. #Buchans #BuchansResources #ChrisPennimpede #gold #Newfoundland #Zinc $CTM.V @CanterraC caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Tocvan Ventures Buys Out Colibri at Pilar: 100% Ownership, No Shares Issued An important update from @TOCVANVentures (TOC.C) hit the wires last week, as the company entered into a definitive agreement with Colibri Resources (CBI.V) to consolidate the ownership of the Pilar project in Mexico’s Sonora state. As you may remember, Tocvan and Colibri initially had a 51/49 joint venture on two central/core claims, and after the initial exploration success, Tocvan expanded its area of interest by staking claims on a 100% ownership basis. The agreement with Colibri to now consolidate the entire area is a positive development as it makes the story easier to comprehend. As Tocvan Ventures is also in the middle of a 20,000 meter drill program, we thought this was a good opportunity to touch base with CEO Brodie Sutherland. #BrodieSutherland #gold #GranPilar #Mexico #Pilar #PilarGold #TocvanVentures $TOC.C @SutherlandPGeo caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: Integra Resources – Trading at a Discount to Florida Canyon and Cash, Other Projects are a Free Call Option A few weeks ago, Integra Resources (ITR.V, ITRG) published its long-awaited feasibility study on its producing Florida Canyon gold mine in Nevada. This is the first Integra-provided study since the company acquired the mine in 2024, and provides additional data from the substantial drill program and operational knowledge acquired over two years of production. And drilling has shown to pay dividends for the company in terms of resource and reserve growth. This increased the total resources, extended the mine life and will allow Integra to continue to hoard cash in the current price climate with gold still trading around $4000/oz. #DeLamar #FloridaCanyon #gold #IntegraResources #ITR $ITR.V @IntegraResource caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Although we are getting close to wrapping up the second quarter of the year, we think it’s perhaps a good opportunity to take a moment and have another look at @HeliostarMetals results for the first quarter of the year. As the company is strongly cash flowing at the current strong gold price, Charles Funk and his team are in an excellent position to continue to unlock value at Heliostar. The existing assets, recently acquired assets and potential new acquisitions will allow Heliostar to keep its pipeline filled. In a previous update that was published in April, we reviewed the company’s acquisition of the Goldstrike project in Utah so we won’t spend that much time on that acquisition and project. Instead, we will focus on the cash flow generated by the operating assets and explain why a gold price of $4500/oz or $4000/oz has no material impact on the Heliostar thesis. #AnaPaula #CharlesFunk #gold #Goldstrike #Heliostar #HSTR #HSTR.V #Mexico @HeliostarMetals $HSTR $HSTR.v $HSTXF caesarsreport.com/reports/re…

Report: District Metals — The PEA Confirms Viken as the EU’s Most Important Uranium Project With a US$2.9B NPV on 3% of the Resource When @district_metals (DMX.V) acquired the Viken polymetallic deposit in Sweden, it didn’t come as a surprise to see that this alum shale hosted a multi-billion ton resource containing about a dozen elements from the periodic table. As the Swedish government still had a ban on exploring for and mining uranium, the project came out of the gate as a vanadium deposit but since the Swedish government has lifted the moratorium on uranium exploration and mining it has become clear that this project could become one of the most important sources of uranium in the European Union. Subsequent to releasing an updated mineral resource estimate in April 2025, the company worked towards putting an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) together as the moratorium on uranium mining has been lifted. As per the initial study, the Viken project could produce approximately 3.3 million pounds of uranium per year which would fully cover the domestic demand in Sweden. On top of that, as there are very few economically viable uranium projects in the European Union, the Viken project could play a pivotal role in the EU’s plan to increase its independency from non-EU energy sources. In this report we will have a closer look at the PEA and the implications for District Metals as a company, and Sweden as a nation. #DistrictMetals #DMX #Sweden #Uranium #Viken $DMX.V caesarsreport.com/reports/re…
